I can't get this app to send my scanned documents to my email. I paid the price of 6.99 and can't get it to send any form anywhere. Worked previously before paying the price.

The Backup Function from iCloud says the backup was made on another device and restarting that device may solve the issue. That was over a year ago and that device is upgraded so that is not possible. It's also irksome that just now I realize unless you MANUALLY BACKUP FROM THE APP having the app selected in iCloud to 'automatically back up' is worthless, and my last backup was almost a year ago! Crunch Time is not the time this stuff needs to be discovered, these documents should automatically back up!!! Not Manually.

I’m no longer able to send emails from TurboScan. Is there anything that can be done to fix this. It’s one of my favorite apps but it doesn’t work anymore. I’ve tried reloading and still doesn’t work

My TurboScan app stopped sending emails. No matter what I tried, nothing worked. Finally, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. The message said everything would be saved to the Cloud. Now the app is working but I’ve lost 7 years of my life. Everything has been deleted and I can’t find it!

Ive been trying to send documents from my Turboscan app to my email and they are not being sent. Is there an issue with the app. And if not was there a recent change or update that would cause this?

Doesn't save all scanned photos

I bought this app to scan thousands of family photos and it works very well for this purpose. I built a light box for my iPad Pro so I just put the next photo on a black background and take a pic. It does a very good job at cropping unless an edge of the photo is very dark. Overall I'm happy with the cropping feature. I found sometimes when I switch apps while in the photo shoot mode, I return to a frozen program. I just Kill and restart the app to fix. A minor bug that's easy to work around. However, sometimes after a restart, the last photo I scanned is missing! And sometimes after a scan, photos are just missing. Today I wanted to text a photo I had just scanned only to find out it was never saved! Worse yet, the two previous scans were also missing. This is not acceptable and my reason for 1 star. I don't know how many scans are missing. Beware if you're using this app for large batch scan runs - you may need to check the list after every scan.

Always have to restart phone to email documents

Updated: 2 stars to 1. Sending me an email about this review telling me to check the FAQ to solve this problem wasn’t helpful. I had already done that and nothing has fixed this issue for me. I’m beyond frustrated with this app, which aside from the following issue is pretty great. Anytime I select to email the scanned document(s) to myself, which I paid extra for, it will not send until I restart my phone. This has been an issue for the last couple of months and the only solution I have found. It’s time consuming and should really be fixed. I found the solution on a webpost where others were having the same issue.

Quality went down with paid upgrade

I used the free version to test with some artwork being submitted for contests. I decided $6.99 was a good price to pay to have the ability to continue doing this as I was quite pleased with the results. As soon as I paid for the upgrade and continued with taking pictures of the pieces, the quality was greatly reduced, pictures grainy, colors extremely faded. This was within minutes of the original few photos I took with the free version. Nothing had changed. I even tried scanning one of the pieces I’d done previously with the free version to compare and the results were drastically different with the free version being far superior to that of the second version taken after I’d paid for the upgrade. One would say I feel a bit of a bait and switch with this product. I know it can perform well, so why once I pay for more access does it stop performing?
