SouthStarBank could be better. Face ID could be introduced to SouthStarBank since the iPhone X doesn’t have Touch ID the Face ID could be very useful. Also, maybe the function to be able to temporarily disable a card if lost should be added to SouthStarBank . Another thing is that I have it set to where I should be able to view my account balance without having to sign into SouthStarBank , which is a very useful feature, but it doesn’t work.
It’s bout time to update the interface and app. It’s missing features that should be incorporated into SouthStarBank . Some features and options are slow while others that’s needed we have to go to the website for
I love SouthStar bank, but SouthStarBank seems very outdated. I like the interface CashApp uses and I think it would be cool for it to be similar to that. Also, my phone doesn’t use Face ID and it gets very old after awhile constantly having to put my password in and having to verify a code through text every time.

The children’s savings accounts are great as they encourage the kids to save with fun promotions etc.
