Amber needs an immediate update it is not responding and does not open beyond the introduction

on the part of verify email, the message will is “your one time has been sent, please check your email” ... but nothing was sent; even when you click REEND - nothing!!
Very poor app, you need to verify your mobile number every time you need to access Amber .
No finger print or face print option to make it easy access.
Always not opening when needed,
I have to confirm that it is my mobile with every update (the sms is not coming),
I don’t want to carry a loyalty card,
Why don’t you make it as “wallet”

This is the worst app that I have ever used. Very convoluted and not customer friendly at all. Needs to be completely revamped!!!
There no English language for me !only Arabic how ever I can’t even find the setting option for changing language.
It takes v long time to add purchases and points, never answer for email or customer services phone
