Cannot access my account

Hi, I am enjoying this game so much! Thank you, great design. Could you help me? I was designing a room for an English cottage living room that called for a mirror over a sideboard. I found a traditional sideboard, but there was no mirror any where, either with the sideboards offered or in wall art. I tapped on mirror in the challenge bar and it just disappeared. The game wouldn't let me finish the challenge. Thank you for your help, Dawn Maclaughlin

I can't purchase diamonds on the app. Get caught in a loop.

Items bought are deffective with half of it gone. Won't let me borrow except every 3 days. Supposed to be daily

I have been a user of Design Home since October of 2017 and had a substantial inventory and was at a higher level ( I think 111) in the game. Last night I updated my iPad per Apple's request and today when I logged into Design Home - it gave me a tutorial, started me at Level 2 and ALL pf my inventory purchases are gone !!How do I get this fixed or do I just stop playing!

The graphics in the game are lagging. Designing one room takes twice as long because the graphics of furniture and other items is one big thinking circle. I’ve cleared my cache several times. I’m not having trouble with any other game I play on a daily basis.

Home Design opens and when I select to play game it shows results of Shoot for the Stars. In trying to X it it closes the game. I have a new iPad anything will help.

Since the last update I am unable to scroll any options on the drop down menu within a design. Reported twice and now apparently escalated, I fear their answer will be a device issue (a reason given on a previous issue). Been playing since 2017, am at highest level, spent a heap of money and now my average score has dropped dramatically. Really disappointing and frustrating

Since last update app keeps crashing. Kicks me out.. I've uninstalled and reinstalled same thing happens. I've spent a lot of money on this game and it is very upsetting to me. I left s message already and haven't heard anything back from you'll. Please fix this issue. I have an Amazon fire tablet. All my other games work just fine. I installed the game on my phone and it works fine. I don't like using my phone for this. My tablet has a much bigger screen. That makes it more enjoyable.

I can not open anything. The screen seems to be frozen.

It won't let me update or go on the app

I have changed to a new Android phone. However, I can not log into my old Design Home account on the new phone?

Already contacted support but no answer, 3rd day. Reported item you select is not item that comes up! Other items state can't fund item in inventory although it's there. BIGGEST issue is now items I know I had are totally GONE. Many of the items I paid for. Been playing game for years and it has improved in many fun ways but this is totally unacceptable. No response and I lost valuable inventory. They do nothing but state they will report problems to development team. How does this help my issue?

I have exactly the same issue as Shelly. Very frustrating!

For the past 2 days, has been telling me there is a connection error and it won't load.

App won't load. Everytime I click on the app, it says to Refresh and my internet connection is down. My internet is fine and all other apps on my phone work. I Uninstaller and reinstalled, but still having same issue.

After update on 12/22/2022, when I go to the game, it starts loading but gets locked midway and I can’t open to play - what do I do? I don’t want to uninstall app but this is frustrating!

Can’t activate mij bonus pass… already tried everything

My Design app is not working today. Got my 500 diamonds, but said I had 3 results. Would not open. I uninstalled the app. Now will not let me sign back with my account. It opens new account.

Been playing this game for years and the newest update won't upload from Play store. Removed app and tried to reinstall and won't let me from Play store. Very frustrating.

Home Design tells me to refresh. I've done that about10 times. I've reboot to No avail.

Game was deleted and now my account can’t seem to be retrieved

Crashes when I tried to play. Updated, cleared cache, restarted phone. Nothing helped.

For three days on my Android tablet I get a no internet connection.i know I have internet because I surf on other sites just fine.

Hi, I have a team member who has an issue when they are competing in the rally. They open a level then it won’t let him play the level, he then tries again and the rally says he’s used all of his four attempts when he hasn’t. We’re a really good team , top three in the uk and are very competitive so it’s not good when there are little glitches. Any advice on what he should do would be much appreciated. Many thanks , Deb
