Property Brothers Home Design Status

I've been playing for years and have always experienced problems with this app. It freezes more than any other game I play. Usually it freezes right after you've watched an add. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and added back, etc. Nothing seems to work. My phone had very little memory, so I'm now playing on an Android tablet with plenty of memory. Nothing seems to help.

Same problems as everyone below. Sent two messages to support and nothing has been fixed. App and phone are both updated. Internet connection is good. I also deleted and re-downloaded the app- did nothing. Very frustrating!

The game works fine until I try and do the designer vs designer. I click on the little circled to choose my items and nothing comes up all the circles disappear, and I cannot complete them, and I lose every time.

Plus sign’s won’t open to let me design the room

Cannot play designer versus designer challenges anymore. It says unavailable. Prior to that I tried to play one one tweed and despite having lots of stars could not select any furniture. Please fix the error in your programming.

The plus signs won’t work to add furniture in the Design Awards Challenge.

When I try to click on the + in Versus Competition they won’t work. Either it freezes or drop off + which leaves me with a blank room. Other areas crashing too. So frustrating. Tried everything to fix it, but not working. Please fix ASAP.

I can’t click on the marks to add furniture on the challenge or anywhere else.

Property Brothers game app freezes on Monopoly Solitaire ad. I have to shut down my iPhone and start the game level again as though I failed.

The choices I'm selecting are not showing ie table decorations do not appear, windows don't change. However the money is still deducted.

I have been playing this game since the start of covid. I'm on level 10,113 it's been my "comfort" for so long sleepless nights while pregnant long nights with a newborn and most recently what gives me comfort during mental lows or USED to give me comfort. This game freezes and crashes so much I'm constantly losing all the things I've earned (free lives, extra moves ect.) I've been trying to play since YESTERDAY morning and finally it let me in when I turned wifi on (never had to use wifi before) I won my level & guess what it froze before it could go to the next one.. I do not wanna delete the game mainly because I've never liked or played a game so much on my phone but this is getting a tad ridiculous.

I've completed up to level 1412 and it won't give me a new level. It's been about 2 days now 😫

Hello I love this game I'm on level 1850, the game freezes and crashes. I can play any longer. I'm also on a Team that is now lacking a member to compete with other teams. Your assistance in this matter is needed. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra with Sprint/T-mobile. I hope this information is helpful to resolve the issue. Thanks Cheryl

I had over 2000000 coins and had spent hundreds of dollars and one day game is gone. This is bs.

I am in my 80’s young 80’s , but love games I tried this one and after spending money like crazy n 12;00 on a game @99cent a recovery I went to 4.99 n that went faster ! I had a lovely room almost finished when I stopped n it looked like one of yours but when I went back to finish game it wasn’t there that stupid shed was there after I spent more money ! I love your SHOWS but this makes no sense n it’s not my age trust me I love designing but I’m so disappointed that I couldn’t finish my original design No other game cost that much ? Why is that ? Please respond ! Phyllis
