You say there is a new version but the only version you can install is 4.0. You need to upload the newest version to VI365 Store.

I set it up one time and it was working fine, after closing VI365 ans trying it a little later it's either saying that the device is not online or connecting all the time. Did a reset on it twice, same thing.

Followed the tinny little instructions with a magnifying glass and can not get the camera to connect with VI365 . Wish I seen all the negative replies before I got this piece of junk.

Don’t waste your money on this hunk of junk it never once worked- not even once. It might look good but it’s an empty camera with nothing good inside of it

Takes forever to connect and then they stay offline. Makes me wonder if I need to destroy them in case someone else is viewing since I can’t. Rating zero

I bought camera but stop it self there is no option to delete camera roll app is not properly working total junk camera and app waste of money and time

The menu for cameras had a button to open the light, but when I updated it, it disappeared and I could not open the camera light. Do you know how to return it?

App keeps crashing when I press Audio button. I am ơn the newest IOS on 14 ProMax. Audio ơn other phones such as 12 the audio button works to listen to camera and sometimes cuts off after pushing other buttons.

It always crashes whenever I return to the iphone homepage and also crashes when I click in another window on my Mac. when I rotate the camera, the display portion will always exceed the display area.

I bought four cameras. I was able to install it and see for five minutes and now it just keeps reading off-line. They are absolutely worthless and a waste of money and there is no help and no way to get your money back.

Doesn’t connect to my camera as the instructions says. I followed every step to make the camera function, and all it does is goes back to wifi setup. I can’t return the camera because the seller doesn’t accept returns. Frustrating, really frustrating!

As another reviewer said this has got to be the worst app ever. You cannot check the camera without constantly having to reset or it will simply freeze. When the camera works it’s great it’s just sad VI365 itself doesn’t. Now I’m constantly getting notifications to update when there is nothing to update. Trash not worth it.

After receiving this as a gift I installed it as per the instructions however I also had to use you tube to get it to actual connect. After being connected for one full hour it alerted me that it was no longer connected therefore it wasn’t working. I have tried to reconnect it for the last three hours with no success! This is a useless instrument and I highly recommend you DO NOT BUY IT ! Waste of money

Don’t believe the 5 star reviews they just rating it just to get you download VI365 . Even if you do the steps correctly it won’t even connect. Don’t even know why would you make a hotspot camera that like asking for your product and app to be called terrible. I have a doorbell camera and that was easy to set up straight through but this even when I connect to it hotspot it doesn’t even work. That why I am saying the 5 star reviews are fake.

Works ok as a display for its inexpensive P&T cameras. Connection issues with cams that are more than 25 feet from your access point. Still decent considering the price of the cams.

Works good, have 7 cams added and takes less than 2 minutes to add/configure an additional camera. Occasionally crashes but so does 75% of other apps and it’s better than my previous app for other cams that wanted $5.99 per cam, per month!! One BIG COMPLAINT, this needs options to change cam name!! Every camera named “camera” is lame!! Even a small 10 character name would be great!

I screwed the camera in the light socket but dummy me that I forgot to turn on the switch. Maybe that why people have issues connecting device. Just a tip from my mistake.

I can do just about anything came with my PTZ model. VI365 has a feature supporting a total of 8 pan/tilt preset positions, is not taken in effect. Doesn’t matter what I do configured the preset in various manner, it cannot execute the preset. What a shame. Dear developer if you see this feedback please investigate and reply.

Is the camera quality amazing? No

Am i happy that VI365 doesn't have micro transactions to use basic functions of a home camera that i already spent money on? Absolutely

At face value VI365 might not look like much but if you are smart enough to get it hooked up to your camera it is good. One thing i wish that it had was one of those beginner "walk through's" a lot of apps have nowadays. I mean yes you can figure out what symbols do what if you just go through and push buttons but it would be nice to have the developer add some footnotes saying "hey this is how you can turn an alarm on for motion detection" or "this is how you rotate your camera" but there is kind of a charm to apps that are like this, almost like a hidden gem from the 2010's where you get to be detective and figure out how to work everything!

I have to assume that every one of the negative reviews on here were from way below average intelligent people or people who just do not know anything about current tech. I have an iPhone 11 Pro, a simple desk lamp that I used for the power source and it took me all of 5 minutes to download VI365 and connect the camera with 100% functionality. It was so easy I am sure my dog could do it by accident. Ok maybe that was an exaggeration but barely. Seriously people. Just because you are not smart enough to download an app and follow detailed step by step instructions, that does not mean VI365 is no good. Think about you interactions with other apps and tech in your life. Is there a pervasive theme that nothing in your life works? Maybe you are the problem. Just saying.
