I have a problem with Medbridge

User reports:
No current problems

- Users have to login every time they navigate away from the page on their phone.

- Users cannot stream to listen while driving and have their map up on their car's display.

- There is no option to have the questions read aloud or to easily navigate through lectures and come back to questions later.

- Courses cannot be downloaded in advance, which can be inconvenient for users who do not always have internet access.

Medbridge is showing wrong exercises. Also the access code is showing old code even though I’m inputting the new code. Please help

To resolve Medbridge network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Medbridge App
1. On android, goto Settings » Medbridge » click [Force Stop]

Clear Medbridge App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Medbridge » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Medbridge.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Medbridge » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Medbridge » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Medbridge
