2 years agoIs Billy and I saw a big order y'all some me some 36 things I asked for a 38 y'all been sending me a bunch of small clothes and I asked for some 38 in my pain but next year for not saying I want y'all send me my right clothes and y'all don't have a telephone number y'all have no information on y'all my my next daughter my pain is going to be a 38 I'm going to stop buying from you cuz y'all some really looks 36 and I got the address on y'all and nothing to send them back

2 years agoThis is the second post Im making don’t order from the store I placed an order on November 28 2021 In the money was taken out of my bank account on the 29th the day after I placed my order I have shown them bank paperwork they have gotten paid and now they’re saying I never placed an order and I will keep re-posting this every time you take this down this is wrong what you guys are doing send me my stuff or refund me the $239 that was taken from my bank account for the order I placed

Mystery box included 5 items.....Now they talking trash n don't want to send me the rest of what I paid for bad enough its not something I want and they still Tripping....Giving me the run around with an email address that keep saying page is not Available....

3 years agoI ordered some sweaters from you back in August. I've been out of town and was not able to open the package until yesterday. I noticed that the outer package's plastic had a melted spot. It turns out whatever melted it also melted the individual bag that the white sweater was in, and melted the bag to the neck of the white sweater. There is a noticeable melted spot and the sweater is no good. I was wondering if you would be willing to remedy this. I have attached a photo and can send the shirt and bags back if you like. Scam! Will not delete account willingly.
GotIt is a scam, so be aware! The company after multiple email attempts will NOT delete my personal information off their “servers” claiming their servers are “secure” claiming I do not need this information deleted. They mentioned that all credit card information stays on this same exact server so watch out! I do not care if the are “secure” I WANT MY GOTIT ACCOUNT DELETED as I do not use this scam account at all. I regret ever signing up with this company for an account with my email! Consumer be aware of this, as they are most likely just trying to collect your personal information!! This app will not cooperate with my second request to delete this account at all. It’s been since December of 2020 trying to get this account deleted.

I was selling on the platform for a year then I got a false claim for a custom that clearly didn’t Check her email for the tracking number for her item and said never shipped her or contacted her even though I called her and emailed her. Long story short I had the customer provided me with the proof that she got her item gave this information to the support item and the never fixed my account they don’t respond to emails and when they did I gave them everything they asked for and was told I would be able to sell again at the start of 2018 it’s a week before 2020 now so that shows how much they care about their sellers the worst

GOTit Don’t Value There Customer
Why is that this app don’t have a direct customer service phone number!/? Not having a direct line to Customer service is a super inconvenient! I recently had a name last name change. I didn’t think about when I placed my order. So this is the matter in nut shell. I tried to update my current info and did all that was advised to do. I was told by sale rep it’s out of is their hands! I been spending money with my same credit card for a couple years with this company and never had an issue till now and they wouldn’t rectify the matter! Way to go GOTit store. This place don’t care about there customers, it’s all about their money.
