I have played STICK WAR for YEARS and had been playing on the same phone until I got the one I currently have. I had thousands of gems, all skins unlocked (at the time, prior to current update) and was really enjoying the game. My account is synced but my progress was not transferred. I doubt that you'd be willing to give me my progress back because that would prevent you making money from me, but I love playing this game when I'm away from home and it's unbearable without the items I worked hard to unlock. If possible, please give me my stuff back. Thanks 🙏

How to fix Stick War app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Stick War app on iPhone
Update Stick War app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Stick War iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Stick War on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Stick War network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Stick War Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Stick War not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Stick War App
1. On android, goto Settings » Stick War » click [Force Stop]

Update Stick War to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Stick War App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Stick War » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Stick War.

Fix Stick War unable to contact server/ Stick War internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Stick War » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Stick War » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Stick War
