I have set up an account but there is absolutely nothing posted. No tests, no charges/bills, nothing!
How do I unlock app.
Please cancel my covid 19 shot appointment on April 1, 2021 at 11:30am at 3800 Gaylord Pkwy in Frisco Texas I will reschedule, Could not cancel my appointment on line. Thank you
when i loaded the mybswhealth app on feb 4 i saw a a brief schedule to get a covid vaccine but as i tried to access the page the app crashed and I never got a chance to schedule. I have been waiting since then but nothing appeared on the app and there is nothing on the app that allowed me to schedule an appointment nor any number where i could call to get an appointment. i happened to talk to one of doctors about the problem and she checked an said that i had a chance to scedule on Feb 4. I got a number by searching the internet and was able to schedule an appointment for the vaccine for later this week. I called your app help line and complained about my problem and tech support said yeah they have problems try reloading the App. I had tried that twice. You'd think they would at least give the telephone number to call bayor for help but no. Which is to be expected since no one bothered to put the number in the app either. I've programed for 30 years and that is a rookie mistake. "no, we don't need to put an analog choice, we put all the information you need in the program." Someone forgot garbage in garbage out. Sometimes PROGRAMS SOMETIMES HAVE GLITCHES. When a customer calls don't just say sometimes the program doesn't work. HELP THE CUSTOMER, STUPID! This is a pandemic and attitudes like that kills the elderly.
App no longer works

It’s been awhile since I’ve used this app, and I wanted to try and see where my blood lab results were versus where they are now (recently started to eat better and exercise and I’ve lost almost 30 lbs). I can’t see anything at all. When I log in, it gives me an ‘Error: 50’ message but continues through to the app. I can’t see anything. No messages, no due balance, nothing. The only things I see are ways to add pharmacies, and the nearest pharmacy to me. When I tried to Find Care, it let me search only to show me a glimpse of the search results, then glitch and make me have to restart the app to try again only for it not to work again. I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling, yet I get the same problem. I’m not sure what happened between the span I wasn't using this app, but it’s useless now. I really wish they would’ve left this app as it was. It was a great app that had a lot of information at your fingertips before and now it gives you absolutely nothing.
I won’t be using this app anymore until I can actually use it again. For now, I’m deleting it from my phone. Very disappointed.

The app is next to useless except for marketing. It says you can send messages but it’s misleading. It’s only good for finding more business/keeping you coming back to them. If you need to send a message forget it. Like if you need a copy of your medical records, for example, you have to find a recipient to send to send the request to.
The only good thing this app provides is a phone number. All this wonderful technology blah blah comes down to having to call someone on the phone and you know how that goes. You call, hold, ask a question, hold, find out you need to call yet another number, hold, oh wait they’re out to lunch, call back and hold later. You’re better off to delete this app and Google the phone number. Oh well, it does show a few test results but what good are they? What am I going to do with that? It just encourages another friggin appointment which is all they are after.
It’s ridiculous in this day and age that we have to to call someone live for a simple question. Two people have to stop whatever they are doing at a certain time and connect over the phone. How archaic is that?
And why would I want to go back there when they spilled debris in my gi tract during a gallbladder op requiring a second operation the next day? Or was it the excellent diagnosis of “You’re stressed out, go home and relax” only to be doubled over days later? Or not getting any pain relief because doctors are terrified and 100% submitted to ignorant politicians.

I’ve been using this app for a few years now but recently I linked my children's profiles to my main profile and it’s not working well at all. When I go to view their stuff it brings up my information most of the time. When I try to message one of my children’s doctors it says the message is for me and it will not let me change it to their name so I can message their doctors. At first it wasn’t too bad and it wasn’t happening too often but now it’s happening every time I get on the app and it’s frustrating. I receive a message from one of my kids doctors on the app and then I go to the app and I can’t view it even though I’m selecting one of my children's names. Again it keeps bringing up my information after I select the profile that I want to view. This app is great for just one person. I would not suggest this app if you are planning on keeping up with any of your other family members profile.
