Command for Instagram Reviews

I started my free trial when I was almost to 20k followers, so I had a system in place that I thought this could help with. The analytics are cool to look at. I don’t feel it helped me grow, but it was interesting to look at my percentage of growth, etc. but ultimately I cancelled because I don’t really trust it. The hashtag recommendations *could* be a really useful feature that I would keep a subscription for, instead my current suggestions are WILD. Command currently suggests: Prayerwarrior, momstyle, mensfashionpost, farmhouse, playboymodel, fitnessphotography, femaledj - I have never used any of the hashtags that are suggested. I’m not religious, I’m not a mom, I’m not a fashion dude, etc. Where is this data coming from?? If they were at all relevant and showed me similar/new hashtags in relation what i already use, I probably would’ve kept my subscription. You can just use displaypurposes for this though, and it’s free.

Edit: The developer has issued a response claiming to address a few issues, which actually only addresses one. Ultimately they’re telling me to download another app of theirs. Why didn’t your app address my concerns when I initially set it up the first time, as you say I should do a second time? I’ll continue to use displaypurposes for hashtag rec’s. Thanks.

Since you guys have updated, my account is completely thrown off. I have an annual subscription for my instagram which was connected to this app with my Facebook which was also connected through my business page. I had to log back in after relaunching Command , and you guys had no information on my account with neither of the two emails I have for myself. I make a new account, add my Facebook, log-in, and it prompts me to the next screen after logging into Facebook to select my business page, which their are none to be found to choose from.. it’s very discerning. I’ve already emailed support and really didn’t help much because my Facebook business page can’t be found on your service end. I would like to not have to pay for another annual subscription (it hasn’t even been a year yet) I’ve had a lot of growth thanks to Command on my instagram as a makeup artist and cosmetologist... I would like to see where my analytics have fallen before I look for a new app :( please help me.

Downloaded Command just a few days ago. It has been rather insightful and gives an overall statistical perspective on the varying areas of your social media account. With options allowing for hashtag generation it makes it a very user friendly experience. Thus far, I had one hiccup that was properly remedied to my complete satisfaction. There are paid options that allow for team members to help with post optimization among other things to include complete profile review. It’s a great app for amateurs as well as experts. It is very very useful in understanding the algorithm by which social media platforms are to conform. I have learnt a lot in these past few days including things such as when is the best time to post. I have watched my engagement rate improve by following the statistics presented by Command. Definitely recommend.

The hashtag ideas seem so random. The caption ideas were okay in the last version (and even had a filter for “category”) and the latest version is significantly worse. There are less caption ideas that show up and there’s no way to filter anymore. It’d be ideal if caption ideas were searchable

I used to be able to see a graph that showed followers by day +/- ...you could touch the day and an image of what you posted that would appear on the graph. This was very useful to see how the response to each post was doing. Giving better insight as to what is a good or bad post. Now we have these huge “top likes” pages that are pretty but totally useless. Seems like many features are now “for business accounts only” ...I have chosen not to switch to a business account for fear of being throttled to buy exposure. So I’ve been searching for other apps. Many do the same thing for less $ a month. Been told its better just to put that $10 a month to buy exposure. ...since that main feature I liked Command for is gone I will be cancelling my subscription. If I cant see the response to posts in somewhat real time what good is it?

Its a pretty coolApp that allows you to see cool insights about your Instagram profile but the only thing I don’t like is for some reason at least for me when I click on any of the profile of yours or website clicks or new followers buttons it doesn’t show me who any of them are it just shows me a blue dot I don’t know why I can’t see any of them it’s kind of weird because I thought that was the whole point of Command was to know who is reviewing your profile but it doesn’t even tell you the names kind of disappointing but it’s still a pretty cool app I just would like to know if maybe this is a glitch or something.

Ive been using this for about a year now and decided to switch from free to the monthly subscription, which I used for probably 8 months. I will say that it is absolutely not worth the money at all.

It does everything IG analytic does for you, except the UX looks better on Command . $10 is outrageous for how little Command actually does.

It claims it does things such as hashtag recommendations, optimal posting times, etc. (which it definitely does), but what they leave out is it is generalized completely. It simply analyzes when you post and its reception.

If you are biz account like me, you probably post regularly. So for example, if you post every Tues at 6pm..your optimal time will be Tues at 6pm because it simply tracks your engagement.

Is the analytics valuable? Yes. Is it worth $10? Absolutely not. You can get all these analytics with a little bit of cross reference from the free version and your IG analytic tracking. Command offers nothing new outside of that if you are in a niche market.

If you are the person who buys followers and doesnt care about authentic engagement, you may love this tool.

This is useful for my small business but I literally cannot see my stats anymore because Command thinks I am not on pro. I have restarted and refreshed and I’m still being led to sign up for pro over and over, when I already have.

Would be great if I could get past this bug, since Instagram changed its analytics page I basically get no insight from it whatsoever so I really hope someone on yalls team can help me out with this.. it would be really nice to be able to use Command again. I had usage of it for about 30 minutes before it started bugging out on me.

i had Command a while back and really enjoyed all the insights and features, especially the “grade” my instagram account got. i deleted it because i stopped putting a lot of effort into my personal account. however now, i have created an art account on instagram and wanted to look at the same insights, but it won’t even let me log in to my instagram! i have tried logging into my old account, creating new accounts with facebook and a different email, and continuing as guest but no matter what i do, Command is only letting me connect a facebook page and not an instagram account. well, i don’t have a facebook page, so that’s pretty useless. and even when i try to skip through the facebook login, it tells me i did it successfully and then asks me to login with facebook again. or it just crashes. basically, it’s unusable now and i guess i’ll have to find another app

Both pages have bugs, no keyboard shows to enter information on the pages when I click on the areas to input information.

I think it would be more useful to see how hashtags perform for each individual post. I’d like to see how many likes and comments the hashtags bring to each post not an average or total- because I want to know how the hashtags perform for each post.

Great for seeing which of the people you follow are following you back. You can also look at other people's posts, who liked them, and whether those people follow you or not, right in Command . The scorecard and engagement numbers are a great tool, as well as the charts and ability to export all the data. Couldn't be happier with Command.

Over a year ago I paid the annual subscription fee for Command and within weeks it stoped working. I contacted Command developer to help resolve the problem and after several month he got back to me and got me re-set up. I went to log in today and again cannot. None of my log-in credentials work. So frustrating to pay $$ for something and not be able to use it. Before all of this, in the short time I used Command I really liked it. Happy to change my rating if developer quickly resolved this issue.

I downloaded Command just to find the best times to post. I opened Command only once or twice and it worked. After that when i would open Command , it would ask me to start my free trial, after choosing no my screen would show nothing, when i would try tapping on the “When to post” option, my screen would read “Something went wrong.” I soon figured out that the developers designed Command so that if you dont pay, you cant play.

I was looking for something that would tell me how my hashtags were performing at a reasonable price. this app does that and so much more. After trying around 20 different apps I found this app was recommended by a social media marketing group I follow. I tried it and fell in love.

I appreciate that you've built a quality app and made it affordable for the average IG'er. It's perfect!

Command worked beautifully during my trail. Then I decided to do a paid subscription and since then apps has not worked. When I switch over to a competitor I get the pop up saying Invalid Access Token, re-authenticate which means log back in. For $10 a month there should be no issues on an app like this.

My advice start with the free subscription add all your competitors then cancel subscription.

I just started using Command about two months ago, and I love it. However, with this newest version there are a few bugs that need fixing, like my follower count is no syncing up correctly, and nothing shows up for the overall year statistic.

I love the layout of Command. It’s clean and easy to use. But ever since I downloaded it, I haven’t been able to follow any one, whether it is a request or not. I don’t know if it is Command or my Instagram but I just want it fixed if there is a chance of that happening. Overall this is a great app, and I highly recommend it. 😕👍

Needed an app to help with hashtag analytics, so I read the description and it says there’s a free trial or a monthly billing subscription option. However, after you go through and setup Command , there’s a hard paywall that forces you to pay for an annual subscription up front. No other option! Tried to reach out, but no response.

They say small business, but this seems shady. They should have forced that option before doing all the setup.

I want to like Command only when it works.

I was given the option of Free Trial and charged monthly to my iTunes account. That’s OK. However app has been very inconsistent about logins.

Every time I get a different error message. Sometimes it says “Unauthorized” and other times it says “Invalid Password”. I am not a dummy when it comes to password management. I use 1Password application to manage my passwords. I had changed password several times and it still play those Inconsistent error messages.

App let me on accidentally sometimes. It has all the data in nice manner. Easy understanding. When to post data. Here is my problem. When I follow those times suggested, I was getting my all time low likes. I figured out that, I am better on my own. 😂

Needs a little work when I go thru my following list and try to unfollow it will work for a sec and then stop but I have found Command to be helpful just has some kinks to get worked out other then that it’s a great app...

I do see that you all are leaving Command Store.

Pros: I enjoyed Command at first. The analytics for specific are helpful. I’m still figuring out hashtags so I can’t say wether or not the hashtag feature works properly. What I can say is that I have more luck coming up with hashtags from my own head, than again maybe I don’t need hashtag help.

Cons: I do not like how the “times to post” are only catered to MY followers and not the general Instagram community. I do feel like that is the only MAJOR flaw because I’m wanting to gain NEW followers. The hashtags could use more tweaking. I’m a natural hair influencer so I use hashtags that I know are POPULAR in the community and not in a certain number bracket. Certain hashtags are for pages to repost content. So even if the hashtag has a high number count doesn’t mean it’s not effective. I know the niche that I’m in fairly well so it’s easy to predict what will spark a viral post and what won’t.

Randomly came across Command and gave it a shot. Not the biggest name in this space but figured I’d give it a shot. It’s solid, and they keep making it better so I’m happy to give it 5 stars. Great support too - super responsive.

I was offered a free seven day trial. I accepted it. Instead of getting seven days, my card was immediately charged for a year’s subscription (about $60)

Figuring I might as well see what I had just spend so much money on, I was startled to see that I still don’t have access to “pro” services and that it’s still giving me ads for the “subscription.”

Apple states that they are not required to issue a refund, which is the only solution I want at this time.
