As I was signing up to use this app I realized that I did not want to do it anymore but I didn’t know how to back out of it. As soon as I signed up I immediately clicked the cancel button and set an email to Klingon stating that I changed my mind and that I had requested a refund. The person who responded said that they couldn’t find my transaction and to take a screen shot and email them back. I sent them the information and waited for a reply. And waited. And waited. So in the mean time I contacted PayPal and they filed a discrepancy for me. Than I get an email from Klinio telling me that they only give full refunds for items that are faulty with proof. I never received anything because I quit it the minute I signed up. They say that they can only offer me half of my money back and that if I have filed a discrepancy that I get nothing back. They are crooks. Taking peoples hard earned money and giving them nothing in return. Don’t sign up for their program. They are awful!!!!

purchased program on 6-1-21 and i do not have android or other app. need to get refund on program. used pay pal and paid full price for a year .this is just to much trouble. diabetics need help not scams. can't get ahold of real person to talk to. quit the scam and take the worry from people who mistakenly signed up in desperation for help. this is not right. with all the people you claim to have signed up, you should be well off enough to refund money. i don't have an i phone. need refund now.

I wanted to cancel this service when I found out I that was going to be charged monthly. I thought I had purchased an app but when I tried to cancel it, I received a message that I had to pay for the whole year because it is a subscription.
