6 months agoI cancelled this before the trial period was over and I did not receive my refund of 30.99 USD for July again I was charged in August $30.99 USD after requesting a refund and again in September I was charged 30.99 USD. I sent a refund request and if I do not receive it I will contact PayPal to get my refund and let them know the reputation of your business.

9 months agoI recall seeing something with this site and thought that would be good to do. Once I signed up I tried to download app and wasn't able to so I just dismissed it thinking if I didn't download then I wouldn't be charged. I just noticed I got a charge for $29.84 through Paypal then looked further back and realized I've been charged in past months without using this app. The total now is up to $79.67!!! I was charged $19.99 on May19th, $29.84 on June 19th, and $29.84 July 20th. Is there anyway possible I could please get reimbursed for this amount since it was never used? I am a senior citizen and live on a fixed income and could actually use this wasted money. I did not realize these charges were coming from your app that I haven't used. Is there anyway I could get reimbursed for it please?

2 years agoI was able to cancel Actitech through my paypal. Once I got into Paypal, I clicked on, Recent Activity, listing Actitech Limited. Once I clicked in this prompt, I saw where I could cancel my subscription with them, enabling me to cancel all payments coming out of my account. Thank you so much!
