  1. Open Settings » ~Your name~ » and click "Subscriptions".
  2. Click the MSC (subscription) you want to review.
  3. Click Cancel.

  1. Open your Google Play Store app.
  2. Click on Menu » "Subscriptions".
  3. Tap on MSC for Me (subscription you wish to cancel)
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription".

  1. Goto your Mac AppStore, Click ~Your name~ (bottom sidebar).
  2. Click "View Information" and sign in if asked to.

  4. Click "Edit" beside the MSC for Me app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".

To cancel your MSC subscription on PayPal, do the following:

  1. Login to www.paypal.com .
  2. Click "Settings" » "Payments".

  2. Visit MSC website: Click to visit .

  3. Login to your account.
  4. In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
  5. Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

How to delete MSC account:


  1. Reach out directly to MSC via Justuseapp. Get all Contact details →

  2. Send an email to [email protected] Click to email requesting that they delete your account.


Delete MSC for Me from iPhone:


To delete MSC from your iPhone, Follow these steps:

  1. On your homescreen, Tap and hold MSC for Me until it starts shaking.
  2. Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
  3. Click on that X to delete the MSC for Me app.

Delete MSC for Me from Android:


  1. Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
  2. Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
  3. Choose MSC for Me, » then click "Uninstall".

Helpful

The app was fantastic on the Seaside. We booked our shows and was able to see daily activities as well as use map of the ship. It’s a must once you board!

No chat notifications

Chat works and it's good but it doesn't send push notifications which is a huge issue and it should be implemented because i have difficulty communicating with my family.

Better than customer service

The app gets a three star because it’s better than speaking with the American customer service and less frustrating than the American this app website. It provides just enough basic information without the long hold time and you can screenshot the information. Read the FAQ! It may not make you happy but it will ease the pain and frustration. Pros: Quickly see your itinerary. Easy web check-in. F.A.Q. is very useful. The photos look amazing! Cons: The app works well but serves almost no other purpose other than web checkin. You can’t order anything through the app. I only found prices for the excursions, not the drink packages, restaurant options, or anything else. It’s just as bad as the customer service and website you just don’t have to listen to someone make you feel like an idiot because this app can’t keep their story straight with their offers or make refuse to be clear...transparent. Overall, we’ve invested to much time and money so we’re hoping for the best once we’re on board.

Great App, unless you have iOS13

Everything I’d want and expect on my iPad and wife’s iPhone. But I have iOS 13 and it crashes every single time I open it. Customer support acknowledges that it is not currently compatible with iOS 13. It’s been out for 4 weeks folks. Let’s solve that.
