How to Cancel Aura

I was billed on 5/31/23 for another year of Aura ($59.99) when I never wanted a year to begin with. I had cancelled my subscription soon after it started due to non-use. How do I go about getting a refund? I plan to dispute the charge if not cancelled or I do not get a reply. Thanks!

I tried to cancel this subscription because you charged $60 on day one. This was not what was agreed. It was just a trial. I tried to cancel on iPhone. Where is my refund?

I was quite disappointed with this app. The app itself is quite good and useful. Got a trial period as I wanted to see if it was right for me. Forgot to cancel but thought, oh well i'll just continue for the next month and then cancel. Turns out it's charging me for the entire year not the month. Very disappointing as i'm a student and really can't afford it.

How do you contact this company? I never signed up for a trial or regular membership but money was taken from my account. Where do you go to get issue resolved?

They charged me on day one of the trial and i emailed them then, told them cancel me now! They said no record of mu account, now im charged 59.99 again! This is crap i want my money back ASAP

As all the above I tried to cancel my subscription but it doesn’t seem to stick and it also says ‘cancel in App Store’ but there r no instructions on how exactly to accomplish that. I better not get billed!!! Please be sure to cancel my free trial I didn’t enjoy the voices in the meditations and it didn’t help me sleep better which is all I need to I got a better app. Please let me know if I have to do something else to cancel that vis the app

Tried to cancel my any times but it said I had no subscription then it said it was free. Today I see they took 59.99 out of my account and it still won’t let me cancel.

I have no option to cancel or delete subscription, please cancel before May1.

This is a racket. I canceled before my free period ended, but it appears they will bill me. I will take you to court.

I got billed 59.99 for a 1 year Premium subscription for Aura. It shows up in my subscriptions but when I log into Aura it doesn’t show that I have a Premium subscription. It only allows me to access the few free benefits available. I need you to Look up my account do that I can access all the benefits that I have been billed for.

No phone number right?????? I’m so damn sick of not being able to contact any company taking $$$$$$ out of my checking account by phone you scared wusses!! Everyone terrified of human contact but not when you’re selling something!!!! I’m scared so hit cancel because I know you’ll say I didn’t cancel by the trial date ending.
