How do I cancel aura health membership that I never signed up for. They are charging me 59.99 for something I never wanted. I believe this is a scam. Finding it very difficult to cancel. Nedd help.

i was offered the $29.99 plan and now being charged $119.99 family plan that i do not want or will not pay for, please put me back to single plan for $29.00 or I will be forced to dispute fee through my credit card , 516 330-1496

I have tried to contact Aura by phone as they recommended for a quicker response and the phone number supplied by them is not a real phone number. I asked them not to charge me for the app after the 7 day trial as I was having trouble deleting the payment and it went ahead anyway. Please can someone contact me to organise a refund. In New Zealand dollars it has cost me far to much

i did not order i only was on trial my bank is being charged 59.99 119.99 and 149.00 all non authorized. I am notifying my bank to remove and i demand a refund. asap......

Aura has tons of bad reviews. You do NOT show a Customer Service Phone Number. Why ??? I will call the Better Business Bureau, you are Committing fraud

Have tried to contact. I want to cancel any 7 day trials on Any Aura programs! I was set up on correct program. It opened again on expensive program that I did not order…. Two of them! Also was going to use it last night and now doesn’t recognize Pw and yes I am positive it’s correct.

I had the free trial but do not want the subscription. I was charged the yearly fee TWICE. I was refunded by Apple but have tried to get a refund from Aura for the $59.99 that Aura charged me. Please cancel my prescription and refund my $59.99.

Email them to cancel it , they responded to mine . If they don’t respond to you dispute the charge with your bank letting them know you didn’t authorize them to charge your account. And have your bank block them from charging you hello@redacted hello-1@redacted

Aura offers no contact information for their app. I have even called the bank and they confirm the charge has been made but they had no contact information. I have spent a lot of time searching. I did find where you could cancel I tried it but by then it was past 30 days and it said I had no subscription. In the terms it said I would be charged every year. I do not wish to renew. I need help to resolve this issue. Does anyone have a phone number or address for the Aura meditation And Sleep App? I would really like to resolve this. Thanks!
