I shut my phone off for like a minute and it ended the video it didn’t even save any second of the video usually when I turn my phone off or go to a different app and go back to video cam it doesn’t start the whole video over and I work really hard on these videos and just for it all to restart and for me to record the video all over again? Also when i try to put the video into my gallery it shortens up most of the videos or doesn’t even save at all! And there is way to many ads every time when I pause the video it just shows an ad or when I’m in the middle of recording it shows an ad😠! And even sometimes when the ad is over the recording just randomly plays and i don’t even have to press it cause sometimes I could be doing something private that I don’t people to hear or see and it just randomly starts recording! And when I want to delete a clip or edit the video it makes me pay for it I’m okay with the editing part but not the deleting clip part cause there could be something that I don’t want in the video and it just makes me pay then I’ll have to start all over again with the video 🙄

You can record, pause, and edit video like it says, but you cant save it without paying. Which makes the whole thing pointless. Scam app. It should be reported and removed from VideoCamVideoCameraEdit Store. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Too clarify, since Dev responded that this review is the scam. You can save the Unedited recorded video… JUST LIKE THE DEFAULT RECORDER THAT CAME WITH YOUR PHONE. But if you want to save it with edits (basically the point of getting VideoCamVideoCameraEdit) then you have to pay for it.

So if you don’t need edits, don’t use VideoCamVideoCameraEdit. Just use VideoCamVideoCameraEdit that came with your phone and a FREE editing app or one that is transparent about the cost. Because again, VideoCamVideoCameraEdit is a scam by leading you to believe you’ll be able to record, EDIT, and save your vid without the need to pay (FREE). But if you like Devs that hide costs, then buy this scam app bc they’ll hide all the costs from you.

Wish I could say something about VideoCamVideoCameraEdit but I have yet to use it successfully. Every click, every tap, every save requires that you watch an ad. While I understand it costs to get the full version and I’m willing to do so if it works, however this just isn’t cutting it if people can’t truly test it. Rather than throwing ads at me like rice at a wedding, perhaps offer a trial period, say 10 minutes worth of recording uninterrupted. At least this way I can think about what I’m recording and try to put something together creatively without being interrupted. You can spare the time and the cost.

VideoCamVideoCameraEdit was recommended to me for the user friendly features to pause, trim, edit, etc. I paid for the subscription because I have a lot of content to record.

Every time I recorded 30+ minute teaching videos they never saved. Very disappointing and frustrating when you attempt to record in the moment and you discover all you said is not saved.

I’m not sure if you have to false start, then pause the video, and purposely break extended videos into segments, but if I don’t need to pause and have no errors in my footage I would think once I stop the video it would save the entire content. However, in my case, there was nothing saved even though the time was rolling to indicate the recording was happening.

I ended up deleting VideoCamVideoCameraEdit and canceling my subscription before the trial period ended to prevent being billed.

If these issues resolve, I would like to try VideoCamVideoCameraEdit again in future.

So far after 20 minutes of using VideoCamVideoCameraEdit I figured out the most important parts like trim and things like that are locked until you buy something called pro. This is very annoying as I try to do some recording for homework when you can’t even use important parts of VideoCamVideoCameraEdit ! The only difference between your regular camera app that’s already downloaded and VideoCamVideoCameraEdit is that VideoCamVideoCameraEdit can pause. That’s the only thing that VideoCamVideoCameraEdit can do for free that is special. I wasted 20 minutes of recording and only found this out. It is very stressful and annoying about how I wasted 20 minutes of my time with VideoCamVideoCameraEdit. I suggest you stay away or else it could happen to you too.

While I really like VideoCamVideoCameraEdit, recently over the last month I noticed when making maybe a three minute video which was paused and restarted multiple times the person I’m sending it to says that my volume pretty much cuts out completely or goes so low that you cannot hear my voice. I am holding the phone the same way I always have and sometimes when I’m making food video the phone is on a stand so I’m not touching it. I don’t understand why the volume gets so low on some of the segments that the recipient can’t even hear me very very aggravating. Can someone explain or tell me how to get this corrected.

I use VideoCamVideoCameraEdit to share all my stuff and it actually ends up working amazingly it shares the camera on this is amazing amazing amazing amazing amazing so amazing that I can’t even tell you how many amazing words I would actually have to say because of how amazing it is so basically I use VideoCamVideoCameraEdit so I fill it and then I edit it on there as well and then I put it on CapCut and that’s where I post everything so shout out to CapCut. I love CapCut. I feel like that it’s literally the best app ever and this really helps me with my influencer career. and I’m 16.

Hello! I am a big fan of making videos to send to my friends, but I like to make videos and I would really appreciate not having to pay for premium just to be able to add photos and GIF and titles and all that stuff. Also the adds are ANNOYING because I would be recording and all of a sudden a add pops up! It is frustrating when ur trying to make ur vid and that pops up!! Like come onnnnnnnnn!!!! Seriously I’m in the middle of a video. The only thing I like abt VideoCamVideoCameraEdit is the fact that I can stop the recording and then go to a different room and start recording again. Also I don’t like that when ur downloading or saving r video it takes forever to get it

So I’m writing this review because I’m my app it stopped working- I can’t record anything. I have an iPhone 13 mini- so it shouldn’t be the phone. Turns out it's due to the microphone I've connected to my phone. But here's the thing, if you can't use a microphone with VideoCamVideoCameraEdit, it' becomes a lot less useful. Also it starts recording early and ends recording early when I was using it in selfie mode , so it could use some optimization still.

I got very excited about VideoCamVideoCameraEdit, and started making videos for my Tupperware business. I liked being able to pause, restart, and have the segments fit together seamlessly. It was perfect, because I am not going to be a video pro. I learned how to add text to my videos and then tried with the pictures. I got all excited about where to put the picture in the video and how to put the picture in after I talked about the picture then when I saved it to my camera roll, they were no pictures! I thought that big black square was just there during editing, and that the picture would show up once I had saved and committed to the video. It didn’t show up. It stayed a big black square all the way through my video. I still like adding text, but I’m going to look for other video editors that will let me add my pictures from my camera roll.

Can stop and start during a recording which is amazing. Cannot rotate to specific angle. So when I record landscape, it shows up as a vertical video and I have to press rotate 3 times and wait for it to cycle through each time before I can get the video to be truly landscape. Would love it if they adjusted it so you can rotate left or right rather than only the one way. Please!!!! This would be such a time saving adjustment.

I love VideoCamVideoCameraEdit it’s fine also I love the pausing and the editing I can do for example the photos or the features and that’s pretty cool. But my problem is I just CANT find out how to finish adding the photos! I mean I add the image and select the time range and then what? I don’t get then I ask for help and all it tells me is choose image and select time range but that’s it what next? I just can’t find like a button that says finish or done! I need help from someone that knows. :/

I have the paid version of Videocam+ and I am generally happy with VideoCamVideoCameraEdit overall. It works as designed and advertised. However I think it would be so cool if the playback speed individual clips in any video could be changed (that is run faster or slower than the normal clip). I create and share a lot of cooking and other DIY videos and sometimes I would like to speed up portions of it to save the time of the viewers. I would greatly appreciate a response from the developer. Thank you.

Overall very nice application. Easy to use and you can make a decent video with the few tools it has. My biggest complaint is that for whatever the reason, the video will just stop and unless you are constantly watching your timer, you may not be aware it stops recording and you may have recorded 15 minutes of footage before you realize it wasn’t recording. It does it quite frequently at least while I have been using it with my IPhone.

I love the functions of VideoCamVideoCameraEdit overall because it saves me so much editing time! But there’s a couple of things that I don’t love about it. First off, sometimes my clips will be cut off sooner then I hit stop recording and I’ll have to redo the whole clip. That can add a some extra filming time to the process that I don’t love and can be super frustrating. It’s something I can work around, but I would really love it if it was fixed. The other thing that I don’t love is that VideoCamVideoCameraEdit looks cheap. If it was a free app I wouldn’t care all that much. But since it cost money, I feel like it could look better.

Is is very easy to use you just stop recording for one scene and when you’re ready to shoot the next scene hit record again and so on and so on and spices all your scenes together. And if you have to do a retake you can just delete that first scene and then when you’re done you have a completed video.

I’ve been using VideoCam for awhile now. It has treated me well, but now I knelt have one problem. Before these last recent updates there was never a watermark and now there is. I understand it’s a way of promoting people but pro but still. I will always still use VideoCamVideoCameraEdit no matter what just take my advice and make the logo/picture smaller. Continue the good work! :)

VideoCamVideoCameraEdit has great features but I downloaded it and even paid the 5 dollars to get the full service and I had so many technical difficulties when I tried to record a 10 minute video with no stops. I know it’s a long clips worth but I recorded something 3 times and when I tried to move on to the next screen, it glitched and erased all my footage. Extremely frustrating and I’m not gonna use VideoCamVideoCameraEdit anymore. Would love to get that 5 dollars back!

App would be so much better if it allowed saving clips or segments in slow or fast motion (like 0.25 to 2 or 3 speed). I have offered the suggestion to the developer before but so far no action on their part. If this upgrade is made then I feel that it should be offered for free to paid subscribers.

I have tried to edit my videos. I can’t find how to do it. Where are the instructions? I do have the upgraded version. Update: contacted Wiseapps on FB. I will wait and see what kind of reply I get. I received a reply this morning. Now I see the what I click on to edit. Thx. 5 star rating given.
