Spark constantly crashes on Windows 11. I paid for this app and tech support does nothing but asks for logs then says they see nothing wrong. I am an IT Director. Nothing wrong with my brand new Surface laptop. App was not ready for a windows release and they know it.

Saprk email is not working this morning-- won't load new email, won't let me choose a template. I force quit and tried again about 5 times and still no success. I need this for work. Please fix immediately!

Spark will not load on my phone or my computer. Re-installing the app on my phone helped, but still nothing I do fixes the issue on my computer.

We have constant problems with Spark. Snoozed emails become unsnoozed and moved to archive. And now, an entire folder and its contents has just disappeared. I am hoping everything will still be in the archive but I will have to go though it to find them again. Seriously we need to consider moving to another provider and I am sure you will refund us our subscription if we need to do that?
