Tactacam REVEAL Status

Screen is black on app. Tried to uninstall and reinstall. Login just spins.

Will not open pictures. States this is your reveal feed, but you do not have photos yet. When I have been having photos for 2 months.

my reveal tactacam will not check in on my android

App is not working after update to updated to iOS 17. Screen is totally black.

My tactacam has worked great for a year, going months on batteries. Now my batteries are only lasting about 4 days per change. I,m using energizers as always and have received only 19 pictures. What's wrong?

Have two cameras one is working fine the other want send pic to my phone new battery new SIM card why has it stopped? I have reset app on phone. Just purchased this camera in October so it’s new . Can I return and get a replacement camera. Please respond ASAP

I get notifications about a new pic but when I open app and pull down for it to download, it throws a box down that says network error unauthorized. The cameras have just been out in the field one week. Help please

I put in for video on a couple of pic it says success you have 6 of 50 you will get your video on the next check in but I have not gotten any videos for over 2 weeks that I ask for. Please advise

ciannot connect with camera. I Phone was trying to get to set up location services i didnt buy into it and it locked-up . this is frustrating or my batteries are low. What do I do?

Waste of money bought two got 400 and some pictures each and they won’t load my phone I’ve tried everything service and battery Sd cards

Batteries got down to 20% and it stopped sending pics/videos. A month later I went and replaced the batteries with new ones, The app on my iPhone will not refresh and it stills shows 20% on the batteries and the SD Red light will not go off or turn back green even after I deleted all 4001 photos and 200 + videos and re-formatted the SD Card.

I cannot get my subscription to connect to my phone. This is not good been trying for 3 days I need to return this garbage

After I connect my Tactacam 6.0, I try to control the camera through the app and the camera either freezes or the app crashes and connection is lost and so is all footage shot. I am using an IPhone 12 pro max and should have no problems. Is this an app problem, a tactacam problem, or what else?i would love to resolve this issue as i purchased the cam for hunting. If this does not work the camera is a $300 useless purchase. I need solutions and fast. Thanks for your time.

Lock the camera review X2.0 last September worked fine until I just had a disabled went to reenable last month won’t send pictures to my phone got a new iPhone matched Wi-Fi to my phone message comes back no Internet service Set camera and attack to cam cost me $29 for them to look at it thought they were going to fix it never fixed problem still won’t send pics and when you call phone number for tactacam all you get is put on hold never get to talk to anyone was on hold on day for two hours and still never talked to a person

Hello, I go to turn on the camera the light flashes a couple times and it shuts itself off. I put brand new batteries in the camera twice and it still doing the same thing. However, when I turn it to set up mode it shows full battery and it stays on. It is just when I go to switch it on it turns itself off. I saw another person had the exact same issue. Jason

Why are we all having problems since this firmware update. Seems like your gonna lose a lot of business goofing off going back and forth with emails about did you check the batteries. Duhhhhhhhh. Come on tac cam make good on this

App keeps closing. My phone says the app has a bug, and to update when the developer fixes it... It's getting a bit ridiculous

Tactacam worked fine until I installed a new set of batteries. Now it will not pick up a signal in the same location it was in before. It does indicate full charge.

Camera status shows unknown, hard to connect during setup, showed black screen several times before I finally got the phone to show in the app what the camera was seeing. Not impressed thus far

Camera has worked great for a month. July 5th 2022 the batteries were weak so I changed them with the Tactacam rechargeable battery and solar pack. Powers up 100%. Now it won't send pictures to my phone. I have done the wifi hookup and it recognizes my phone but no pictures sent. All it says is network issues or no signal. Seems to me it isn't worth $13 a month and to think, I bought a year's package. Come on Tactacam, fix the network with a update.

Can’t get pictures to send to my phone. I have 3 other cameras that are working properly

My camera connects to my phone and app fine but I can’t get service with the SIM card my other camera connected and works great I have moved my camera a bunch different places but can’t get signal . Did my SIM card bad ? Bought last year first time using it this year
