Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Qur’an Pro app issues:

Force Stop the Qur’an Pro App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Qur’an Pro app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Qur’an Pro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Qur’an Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Qur’an Pro app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Qur’an Pro.

Fix Qur’an Pro unable to contact server/ Qur’an Pro internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Qur’an Pro » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Qur’an Pro » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Qur’an Pro on android.
