How to fix ICE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ICE app on iPhone
Update ICE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ICE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ICE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ICE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ICE app issues:

Force Stop the ICE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ICE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ICE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ICE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ICE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ICE.

Fix ICE unable to contact server/ ICE internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ICE » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ICE » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ICE on android.
