On my android the sound to listen for my kids surrounding it's not working at all. All applications are applied on pingo and still not working . I need help.
I'm using the app for a few years now. It was always working fine. Now i have bought a Samsung Galaxy S21 for my kid and installed the Pingo app on it. Everything is working fine except for live surround sound. My phone can't connect to his phone although all permissions are set correctly (I checked it). I installed the app on his tablet to test if it is working. On the tablet (having an older android version) it is working fine. Why doesn't it work on his Samsung S21?

About me not getting my daughter location on my phone seen march 2nd, and he wanted me to give him data used on my daughter phone on that day, I said seen that day doesn’t work I sent signal she gets them so we are in FaceTime on her way back to school so I can see where is she but there is no internet on this days, I rest the app the phone the location in her phone still not working so he told me that that happened because the phone goes on sleep mode so if my daughter is not on the phone 24 hours a day I can’t track her.

I used to love this app. Now it is pointless to have. It doesn’t track my kids on their iPhones anymore unless the kids are actively using the app. I used to love being able to see not only where they were currently but where they had been. Now all it ever says it your kid hasn’t sent location in X amount of hours. Or your kids phone is in sleep mode. I have tried everything and made sure all the settings where we correct and it just doesn’t work. Not worth the subscription or even downloading anymore.

This app does not work half the time. Currently it’s telling me my son is home when he is not. Customer service is of zero help. I tried the chat option all they do is send you screenshots of what setting to check. The settings on both my phone and my child’s phone are correct but app still does not work. I paid the yearly subscription too. Big waste of money.
