When downloading the books, I choose "SD card" storage. App won't allow that and stores everything on my internal storage instead.

To resolve EGW Writings 2 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the EGW Writings 2 App
1. On android, goto Settings » EGW Writings 2 » click [Force Stop]

Clear EGW Writings 2 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » EGW Writings 2 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart EGW Writings 2.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click EGW Writings 2 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto EGW Writings 2 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EGW Writings 2
