dyson app on iphone crashes to homescreen.

I factory reset my Samsung tablet which had the dyson app for my air purifier and when trying to download the app again it says my tablet is not suitable for the app. All system has been updated so what is wrong?

Dyson app not connecting then goes black. NOT HAPPY! It's worked perfectly prior!
