Terrible customer support, EXTREMELY LIMITED ability. This is not a mobile friendly platform!!!! You should definitely seek other ways of posting and scheduling. Continues to restrict certain accesses, always needs a reset, not way to interact on Instagram!!! Just terrible terrible terrible service.

Can’t understand some of the decisions made with the construction of the user interface. There is no highlight and delete for bulk clean up and the checkmark to clear is way too small. It’s frustrating to tap on it and have the thing you’re trying to delete open and waste more of your time. The timing of the pop up for successful response is also obnoxious in that it always populates when trying to execute a paste on the next post response. Just seems like the developers have never used their own app.

Can be very difficult at time to use when importing video that is the proper resolution and aspect ration but continually receive error notices saying it not correct on to reimport the same asset then it works. Now you have an API error/issue and it’s not being solved.

After spending hours setting all of my social sites up, I find out that notifications don’t work. I was looking at the individual apps and seeing multiple notifications. I look at Agorapulse and I get one notification hours later.

I contacted help, they always post a response time under 20 minutes. They did respond several hours later. I sent screenshot after screenshot to no avail. The reviews I found made me think the whole set up is possibly a hoax.

Also found out they cannot connect with your personal Facebook page. Wow.

I already have an account and social media linked on my pc. Whenever I log in to AgorapulseCompanionApp it says I have to add my social media account, which is already added on the computer, but whenever I tap to add it AgorapulseCompanionApp immediately crashes. I’ve tried multiple solutions such as waiting, redownloading AgorapulseCompanionApp , even resetting my phone. If you’re going to make an app atleast make sure your customers can get started, this is a joke.

We’ve used AgorapulseCompanionApp over one year, however it’s always down for a day suddenly. Even you try several times to reschedule to make the post send out, it still failed. And the apology email always come the next day. Thats so unhelpful. If it makes us spend double time on fix the post problem, why we still pay for this so-called social media management service? Plus, you are not allowed to post video or multiple pics on the instagram via Agorapulse( even some free service like buffer can do it). Overall, no need to try AgorapulseCompanionApp, or else you will got great regret.

Using mobile is HORRIBLE!! The desktop version is way better, but unfortunately I have to use mobile for posting scheduled stories. It doesn’t take away notifications ones I’ve viewed them, it freezes, and over it’s the bane of my existence.

I’ve had the service for more than a year. Posts often fail for no reason on the desktop but is way more consistant than AgorapulseCompanionApp . Mobile version is very buggy, and now does not let me log on to AgorapulseCompanionApp . I’ve deleted and updated — still receive an error message when logging in.

What's the point of having a schedule feature, if I can just schedule it myself. This feature scans to be more like an auto poster at a scheduled time; that would make sense, but to have to go back and manually post the thing myself, I might as well save he headache of an extra scheduling it on AgorapulseCompanionApp. It actually makes it less efficient.

Caviat, I wanted to simplify posting to my personal accounts. If I made money from my social media, my opinion would be different. I like the web interface better than AgorapulseCompanionApp . I like the ability to more easily engage with users. The instagram feature is really nice.

I quit using AgorapulseCompanionApp because I'm not the target market.

This al was awesome, however, all of a sudden the “back” button is non existent. When I go to review messages for my business FB account, and there’s no way to
Go back to previous menu, after I open 1 message. So then, I have to X out of the entire app and re open it to get to the. Exit message- really annoying.

I use AgorapulseCompanionApp as a supplement to the full site’s tools. Though I get notifications about account activity, I’m constantly signing back in each time I open it up. Very annoying.

Nice app but it works so slow and crashes at times.

I assume many of these reviews are old, AgorapulseCompanionApp has been updated and looks and functions great!

By far the best inbox features and overall a solid social media management (SMM) app for engagement (inbox), publishing, and analytics (reporting / listening features). I tested and tried several popular SMM apps and Agorapulse is the clear winner for my use cases and needs. I run a large Facebook page and the inbox allows me to easily like, reply to, and hide comments to FB posts. And with my subscription level, I can even ban spammers / trolls directly from the Agorapulse app. 🥳👍

I had a login issue cause of another password app. Just slipped my mind. The tech support did a great job of identifying the problem.

It's a great app but I have 2 requests:
1. Make it so it can automatically upload once you set a time and date
2. Add Snapchat as one of the available social media platforms

Finally a social media management tool that can help me use one tool to do it all!

I use AgorapulseCompanionApp every single day and barely have any issues compared to all of the other apps alike that I’ve had to use. When I do have an issue the agora support team is always super fast and super helpful which is greatly appreciated!! My only suggestion is to add an “oldest to newest”
button on mobile so we don’t have to scroll to the way bottom.

Very clean, smooth, no glitches so far! A little more expensive than others but worth it!
