Garbage App

I love the store, but the app is absolute garbage. It logs you out any time you move from screen to screen. You can’t go from your cart to look at items without being logged out. It’s very cumbersome.
Even if you sign up for the notifications as promised on intro email, you don’t end up getting the 25% off discount that is promised. I plan to uninstall the app until they can work out the bugs. So disappointed

No wishlist and not all products on app that are on website, even trying the search bar. They are offering bigger discount on app purchases but if I can’t find the items I wanted off the website in the app - I’m still just using website and feeling like I’m missing out on the discount. Frustrating. If you really want to make us happy - they would finally do a rewards or points program for ppl who order a lot. Do better.

I’ve loved this brand for a long time and have purchased so many pieces I’ll probably keep forever. I’ve always hated how poorly set up the website is and somehow after waiting for the app for years it’s even worse. You don’t stay logged in ever and you can’t even save/heart anything. If you’re not adding it to your cart you can’t add anything to your wishlist even though I have hundreds of things saved in my wishlist from the website over the years. Why would you allow it to be a feature in your website and not allow the user to have access to any saved pieces in the app???? Makes absolutely no sense and it’s so frustrating. Pleaseeee figure it out it’s almost 2024 there’s no excuse to not have a working app like every other large company. At least make it as bad as the website like what is the point of the app if it’s even worse.
