Close and restart the ESAN app on iPhone

To resolve ESAN network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Fix ESAN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ESAN app issues:

Force Stop the ESAN App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ESAN app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ESAN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ESAN App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ESAN app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ESAN.

Fix ESAN unable to contact server/ ESAN internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ESAN » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ESAN » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ESAN on android.
