3 years agoI had redeemed my 14,900 boost coins for a SHARP Personal Blender EM60PMWH and am stuck with the redemption at PrestoMall. My boost coins had been deducted on 05 April 2021.Got my coupon registered under Redemption Code M3T7-4J97-9633-6469 at PrestoMall website from my handphone but could not go to the page to apply the bonus coupon etc to complete the redemption. 3 years agoI'm purchase the Gloria Jean's cash voucher RM20 but the shop already close down. As I known the shop already close up quite long time but you still selling the voucher. May I know what can I do it? Can I use the voucher at other branches? The voucher validity until 09.04.2021 please reply me as soon as possible. Please don't cheat people anymore. 3 years agoI canceled my order due to seller never responded to my order for 2 weeks. Prestomall sent me email to confirm my cancellation. But no refund made to my account. I have been sending email to Prestomall for more then 2 months already. No feedback from Prestomall as at today. This is my 1st experience to purchase thru Prestomall. Hope that the customer service could response to my message soonest possible. TQ.

3 years agoI want to register as a buyer but for a month now I still fail to register because your system does not send the verification code to my phone by SMS. Your page service is so lame and your customer service poorer than any one I know because none of them could help. Do you train your workers properly? I want to be a buyer because I have a coupon from Boost otherwise I would not bother. Why your system does not send SMS OTP to my phone? Can't you fix it?

11street has the worst refund & exchange.
You better pray that seller send you the correct item, else you'll go through the painful refund/exchange. 11street doesn't have a efficient and proper timeline for refund/exchange. They will advise you to choose refund with 11street credits, which is supposed to be immediate, BUT IT IS NOT! I have 2 refund cases with 11street, but up-to-date, my account credit is still ZERO! Called to chase a few times, every time they tell me they have to check with PIC or respective department. My longest refund case has been dragged for 6 months now. 11street Malaysia just not efficient at all. I recommend you all switch to Shopee which is very efficient and fast. I'm not affiliated with Shopee, just a happy customer there. 11street should really learn from Shopee, especially when it comes to refund/exchange.
