This app will track your bus...it will say it’s 3 real-time, then 9 real-time, then 1 real-time, then 42 real-time....guess what?! During ALL those arbitrary updates, you won’t see your bus. I promise. I mean, I get that it’s FL and the buses run every hour, but that makes it a hell of lot more aggravating when your bus doesn’t show up. Wonderful example...one route has just shown up a second time since I started waiting! Seriously, this area is SO overpopulated, getting a functioning transit system is critical....we’re hitting critical mass people. Maybe Gov Scott’s just banking on the fact that we’ll sink eventually 😒

never accurate times, the buses are always late, there should be a gps on the bus you’re on route for instead of guessing what time they’ll arrive at...you know how uber or lyft has it? its ALWAYS down so i end up still having to use google maps which defeats the whole purpose of having downloaded this app in the first place. public transit is bad enough as it is there’s no reason an app made to help improve is just as unreliable. please take what was said and update this excuse of a transportation app.

You can find nearby bus stops. Otherwise useless. Real time updates rarely give any info at all. I can’t figure out how to get directions from my current location without entering the address in the exact format that the app requires. Controls/butt difficult to use. No place to leave feedback about service or bus problems. The link to info/about/help opens Safari to a 404 not found page. My tax dollars wasted.
