The app is struck on asking me to make it the default messaging app. I can block it report spam calls in still getting.

I can't get pass the "What's your number page" the verify number does not show up....I can't see any of the blocked calls anymore and I can't see anything as far as changing the answer tones...strange as it just stopped working the day before yesterday. I bought a new phone with a new a new number...but it will not respond....

Wont load to review my blocked calls or messages [that's not in my contacts] like its stuck- wheel just spins. Tried rebooting, turn phone off- then back on......with no positive results. doing the same thing.

About 3 years ago I installed Robokiller on my iPhone 10 then decided to cancel my subscription and remove the app. I followed all the instructions and the icon vanished from my screen. However, robokiller was and is still active. It blocks most of my doctors' offices and pharmacy calls. Unless I check my texts I don't know that it has done that. The message I get is that robokiller has intercepted a suspicious call but the app is unavailable. When I bought my iPhone 12 robokiller was installed on this phone with the same actions. I set up the iPhone with an iCloud download so that's how it came over. I really need to get rid of it.

App is frozen on Error screen with no way to troubleshoot

Bought a new phone changed my number now i get get back the app working. Paid for it a few months ago. Can you help me? Sincerely Laurie voros

Robokiller app not opening on i phone and i need to access voicemail

RoboKiller app is stuck on loading screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalled and still same issue. Please help! Seems to be partially screening/blocking, but unable to access to manage.

I’ve had robokiller for awhile and really like it. But I got a new phone, same plan and same phone manufacturer would not work. I tried your support online what a wast of time. I’m so frustrated I don’t care if I cancel my plan. I’m just letting you know your support is not up to your product standards. Thank you Gerald Austin

Similar to recent posts this past week of July 25, 2022, the app will not open. The service is functioning and blocking calls, taking messages, but I am unable to access it. Continues to spin while saying it’s loading. I have tried all of the suggested solutions. They have no contact phone number for tech support.

The RoboKiller app just spins and says loading but never opens. This has been going on now for 2 weeks. I've tried turning off/on my Iphone 11, checked my wifi connections, all the standard issues, and no success. It is still effectively blocking calls, but I am unable to see who attempted the call because nothing loads. I'm afraid to delete the app and reinstall for fear of losing pertinent data and numbers that I want to continue to block.

Everything seems to work except that it just keeps loading and loading but never opening. It still blocks and etc but just won’t open.

App stopped responding. I just get a blank screen with the little gear icon spinning and saying loading, but it's been several days and it doesn't load. Uninstalled app and it said to deactivate to stop forwarding calls before uninstalling, but I can't deactivate if I can't open the app. Cancelled subscription and uninstalled app. I've been using RoboKiller for a couple of years and am very disappointed to have to resort to cancelling the service, but the developers need a speedier response to bug fixes for the app.

Cannot active my acct. not sure why but I do have the new iPhone 13.

App simply stopped loading. I click on the app icon and all I get is a black screen with it showing that it’s loading but does not.

I have no ability to even open the app on my phone. Nothing will activate. Subscription has been paid thru March 2023 but it clearly isn’t working. I need it fixed or I want my money back.

I want to CANCEL my subscription for Robokiller!!! I have lost/missed important texts and calls due to robokiller! Thank you Frances & Hubert Hale

This app has not worked since the recent update. I deleted it and reinstalled and it still is not working properly. Think its time for a refund.

What on earth have you done to this app? I’ve been using RK for a couple of years with mixed satisfaction but the new release won’t let me even see partial voicemails and no info on recent calls. I’ve never been able to fully activate the software and now the interface doesn’t even have a Back button to get me out of it. The instructions on how to set things up really suck. Part of me wants to throw up my hands and cancel the service.

App will not dial activation number.

Stopped working right after updating to IOS 15.4. After reinstalling app, it won’t dial the number needed to activate. It’s intercepting calls, but gives me no info and I can’t get back to the home page. They tell me I need to call ATT.

This service is a complete nightmare

I’ve set it up multiple times but it keeps resetting and asking me to enable it. Calls then don’t go through and I can’t even hang up because they’re “stuck” within an app that makes me set it up first.
