nobody likes ads, developers need to make money from ads. BUT when they make ads very intrusive its not right. the articles disappear mid read and u have to close the article ur reading then an ad will appear, some ads have some really stupid scolling effect. better to just close HYPE and repoen it at that point. wasting my time. the articles disappear randomly after that too. some articles dont even show any time or what the product website is or any details on release date or where to purchase. if its unknown usually would say release date sometime in future but some articles dont say anything at all. barely link to relevent stores or official websites, most links are just past reported links on the brand. -1 for bad ad implementation -1 for diaappearing content during read -1 for not linking relevent info and websites on some content

edit: it got worse this update, every time i open HYPE from a closed state, it asks me to enable notifications. terrible.

So why bother? And what’s the purpose of having an app while every article is website view.

The drops section is basically limited to shoes, and it seems like every few days it logs me out. Other than that these guys have kept me in touch with some amazing fashion drops I wouldn't have heard about otherwise.

I would love for there to be more customization to HYPE , where I only see things I would be interested in by brands I pick, also drops are inaccurate, and rarely updated quickly.

I love everything pop culture and Hypebeast definitely does a great job at doing that and more. HYPE is very flowy, and easy to use.

everytime I open HYPE, the phrase 'Expected to decode dictionary but found an array instead' keeps popping up.
