New Look, Terrible Design

The new update looks new, but that’s the only good thing about it. It’s far clunkier and harder to navigate, there’s lots of wasted screen space, and LET ALONE the fact that at first, it was bugged out so you literally COULD NOT set your checking acct as the recipient in a transfer. For several days I had to overdraft my checking acct because I couldn’t transfer money to it. They apparently fixed it though, and NOW, I can’t select my credit card in order to pay it off! Stinky smelly combo of bad UI/UX, and far too many bugs. I really hope whatever developer PFCU contracted to do the redesign didn’t charge too much, cause this is the worst banking experience I have ever had.

Old app was easy to use and simple. This new updated app is terrible for a person with out a rocket scientist helping them along the way on what button to push. Nothing about paying loans or moving money is easy from outside accounts. Finally figure it out by accident and hit the back button enabled me to change transfer from-to. But then it failed and gave me number to call. Real great job on this people.

The old version of this app was great, being a customer of pioneer for over 20 years it would deposit every check I used mobile deposit for immediately. Now it takes about 4 days just to deposit 200 of the check then another 1-2 days to deposit the rest. Looks like I’ll be switching banks the second my car loan is paid off
