Not too comforting knowing you made a deposit, you log in with your info, and they welcome you with someone else's name (big problem). As usual, nobody cares if you contact them w/concern, as I'm still awaiting response from over a year ago on one that caused us to lose a property due to their site's inability to perform. In addition, XomeRealEstate is crashing constantly, and auction just started, super annoying.

The values of properties are not accurate – very low and do not compare with comps in the area. In addition, it could not find a property that I actually knew existed. Deleting XomeRealEstate because it is useless.

My current lender uses this site to validate my house but the value is excessively low compare to other sites. Download XomeRealEstate to see if I could figure out why but when I search for my house nothing comes up. XomeRealEstate is junk and I don’t trust the valuation since I have also had a realtor give me higher valuations as well.

1. Data is several years old 2. You can’t own the home and make updates 3. Search is difficult 4. Values of houses is 3 years behind 5. No info on house like taxes etc. 6. Sat maps are also old
My neighbors house built in 84 sold in 1 day for $1.4 million and mine built in 2019 has a value of 569k.

I like the mortgage calculator and the walk score, but I’m finding more and more listings that were sold months ago and still showing up in my searches. It’s really annoying when you think you’ve found the perfect house and then realize it was sold 8 months ago.

Not sure if XomeRealEstate is only catering to agents who have paid to be a part of it or if it is just missing data resources, but this is not a comprehensive list of available homes on the market.
I am actively looking to buy a house so I downloaded XomeRealEstate after seeing it advertised on Facebook. My first act was to try to look up two homes I have appointments to see this weekend so I could compare the quality of info with what I was receiving elsewhere. Both homes don't even appear as listings on XomeRealEstate. App deleted. Useless to me if I can't see listed properties. I don't want a selection of properties, I want a full list.
On the positive it loads well and doesn't, at quick glance, appear to be buggy.

The Xome app really differentiates itself with some very cool features. The layers feature makes it easy to fine-tune my search and the zoom feature is a great way to find out more information about a property that I'm nearby. I'm looking forward to using the zoom tool to look at listings while I'm on the go. I'm also excited about the support from the 24/7 concierge to make my online real estate experience more personal. Overall, it is an extremely useful app!

XomeRealEstate is very user friendly and made the home shopping process very convenient and simple. Convenient, because it has an overwhelming amount of resources and information all in one spot. Simple, because you don't have to be an experienced home buyer or seller to understand all the ins and outs of purchasing a home or selling one. In addition, the 24/7 concierge service that gave me the white glove treatment definitely made me feel very welcome to use their services. Everything is transparent using XomeRealEstate, which makes me feel very comfortable using XomeRealEstate to buy my new home.

On a recent drive, I was interested in what houses were for sale in the area and how much they cost. I pulled up the Xome app and got all the information I needed on the houses near me - prices, pictures, listing history, and more. It even kept updating as we drove (I was the passenger), giving me a constant view of the surrounding area.
The 1% minimum savings is a great idea too! I nearly clicked "make an offer" on a couple houses. In a hot real estate market like I'm in now, it seems like I have to move quickly on good houses. Having this instant access to data plus big savings and the ability to "buy" quickly right from XomeRealEstate will give me an edge.

Forget the other apps-this is the one! I already found a cute house, have a showing set up for this weekend, and I got to watch intro videos from agents. Found a great guy - we'll see what happens. ;)
The cool thing about XomeRealEstate is that now I can see my showing tours right in XomeRealEstate . If you've been on the real estate hunt before, you know how hard it is to keep track of which ones you saw and which ones you want to see and when you're supposed to meet the realtor.
The other cool thing is that you can put in your own address and find out how much it's worth and get some trends in your area. There's a button to sell, but I'm not ready to do that yet.
