Awful. Same terrible issues w/no support as website

Not too comforting knowing you made a deposit, you log in with your info, and they welcome you with someone else's name (big problem). As usual, nobody cares if you contact them w/concern, as I'm still awaiting response from over a year ago on one that caused us to lose a property due to their site's inability to perform. In addition, this app is crashing constantly, and auction just started, super annoying.
Can’t find my own house

My current lender uses this site to validate my house but the value is excessively low compare to other sites. Download the app to see if I could figure out why but when I search for my house nothing comes up. This app is junk and I don’t trust the valuation since I have also had a realtor give me higher valuations as well.
Poor excuse for a real estate app

1. Data is several years old 2. You can’t own the home and make updates 3. Search is difficult 4. Values of houses is 3 years behind 5. No info on house like taxes etc. 6. Sat maps are also old
My neighbors house built in 84 sold in 1 day for $1.4 million and mine built in 2019 has a value of 569k.
