Charging schedule always stays at 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The app says the new times are saved (10:00PM to 5:00AM), but does not show on the display of schedule times and does not charge at the new time specified.
I purchased a new 2023 Frontier and I have not been able to connect to Nissan services at all. The dealership could not even get a connection. Every time I try to connect it says "Unable to connect to server at this time". This is totally unacceptable. I called Nissan Connect support and they assured me that it was fixed. I do not like being lied to which is what happened. What I expect is for a representative from Nissan to fix this problem and have someone let me know. I only have 6 months of free service and it is going away quickly without me getting to use the "connect service" at all. I am not happy about this at all.

Nissan Connect does not work on my 2021 Nissan Leaf. I have contacted Nissan through the phone number in the App countless times. The App stopped working 3 months ago and has not worked since. I have gone through the whole troubleshooting book on the phone and have had my issue elevated 3 times. Have been to the dealer twice and they are as lost as the people on the phone. I bought a new phone, tried an Android and an Apple and nothing works. I will not buy another Nissan again. The customer support is beyond aweful.

"Unable to connect to the server at this time." Reported it, then it was escalated, case# 48119310 still no resolution. Brand new 2023 Nissan, this is ridiculous. I have asked them to add on the resolution time to the 6 month free trial I can't use.

I am having difficulty loading a photo of our insurance card. When I take the picture of the card, it looks fine, but when I try to send it, I get a message that the system won't accept the photo.

MyNISSAN app will not let me log in. This happens often. I have an iPhone 13 proMax. When I go directly to the website there no problem. The app is the problem. I’ve been using this app since August 2022. When I do get to login it is not connecting at all.
I have an Iphone 13 and a Nissan Rogue SV A . I am trying to use the Nissan Connect app and I keep getting cannot connect to server, try later message. I have downloaded the latest update, no help. Does this app even work with my Rogue? If not what app will allow me to remote start my vehicle. Very frustrated! Chris
Nissan connect tire pressure, odometer and gas info does not update so info is incorrect. Other areas of connect do work.
Just bought a new 2022 Frontier Sept 13, 2022 with NissanConnect. It has yet to connect! Had a couple of chats and a phone call with NissanConnect support and they said I needed to take the car to the dealership. Went to the dealer Tim Dahle in Bountiful, Utah and they said it would cost $189 for diagnostics. Not going to happen for a brand new vehicle that this has never worked with. The vehicle is brand new and NissanConnect has never worked. Since this is a Nissan product on a brand new Nissan they should cover getting this to work. Multiple case #'s - Case #47249065 and Case #47253205. Here it is Sept 25 and still nothing from Nissan.

APP doesn't work. Tech support isn't. Lack of non business hours tech support is just dumb. No set up instructions or help available. This is the worst app experience I have ever had. And, it is the worst tech support experience I've had in many years. How a major manufacturer trips over their shoe laces like this is amazing. Sure hope the vehicle works better and has better support! Very disappointed in Nissan - my first and it looks like my last Nissan.
The app crashes repeatedly from my Android phone. Since I've had the brand new 2022 Pathfinder SL, it has never connected via my phone. Nissan is aware of this and claims it is a known issue. I have been given case # 46085896, and it has been kicked up to escalation. Agent Tamie, from owner services is handling it. This was reported first on 4/5/22 and escalated on 4/6/22. I was advised they would contact me within 3 days and every 3 days or so, until it was resolved. I am still waiting. Thanks
