In middle of making video for work and it crashes.. does not save at all… all is lost after 6 hours of straight hard work… is this a reliable app???

My videos aren’t uploading on my app. On my partners phone and on my account it works. But has stopped working on my phone.

To resolve Vimeo Create network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Vimeo Create App
1. On android, goto Settings » Vimeo Create » click [Force Stop]

Clear Vimeo Create App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Vimeo Create » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Vimeo Create.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Vimeo Create » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Vimeo Create » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Vimeo Create
