They confirm your order and give a delivery time. Later when it’s delivery due, the order gets cancelled citing out of stock
When I ordered medicines and some health drinks, only health drinks were delivered. I could have got those from the grocery store next lane but I ended up paying delivery fee for this junk service.

App is fine , but when it comes to issues & delivery related goof ups. There is no customer care no, or a place where you can escalate that moment. There is a lame chat box that too driven by auto mode. No live executive is there to help. Why would one call or connect to a customer care without any genuine reason.
Here you are ordering medicine not any clothes or shoes. Hence the importance of the product is missing big time !

App is too slow and it took me 1.5 hours to place my order, could have gone out and bought the meds and on top of that they cancelled the order after 3 days saying that the meds are not available now

I am very disappointed with the service provided by this app. Here is my experience:

I placed return request for defective bottles of medicine on 21st May, it showed someone will pickup the return in 48 hours. No one came to pickup the order.

I called customer service number to complaint about it on May 25th, May 28th and May 30th. Everytime I got the response - “we have escalated the concern and someone will come pickup the order in 48 hours”

Still pickup is not made and refund is not processed. Really frustrated with the service and wasted time.

I had ordered medicines on 25th of may, expected delivery was showing 2nd may. Today is 5th may , as per their app status my medicines were dispatched from mumbai to my place(Nandurbar) which is in Maharashtra only bt the funny thing is nw m getting status that my medicines are in Banglore. Sry to say bt u r giving service of medicines not grocery or fashion products

Order was cancelled by them because we did not accept their offering of their doctor. Why would we want to change our doctor who we have been seeing for 20 years just because PharmEasy doesn’t has proper mechanism to analyze the uploaded prescription.

Try at your risk or if you have like good time to waste may be like for chocolates not for medicines .. Whole purpose is defeated first they keep on changing delivery dates (in my case 3 days ) secondly on 3rd day after wasting entire day it was updated saying one medicine wasn’t available.. common this is pathetic if one depend upon PharmEasy for medicines without having stock and also not sure if they will send trimmed order or complete.. Now I doubt even if medicines will be legitimate or not .. We also called their customer care to atleast confirm us if they can deliver or not which they were not able to update hence no point .. my advise to all reading this review is to Save your time and use some other better method atleast for medicines

It took 4 days for phlebotomist to collect samples. The backend team has no clue what’s happening on the grounds. Customer has to connect with this app’s diagnostics team and phlebotomist and customer care. At the end they sent MedLife phlebotomist.
Report was generated in 12 hours by MedLife but this app wouldn't allow them to share it. It’s been 3 days I still haven’t received my reports.

PharmEasy use to work fine, due to covid the delay is expected.
I have waited for around 21 days for the order to get delivered. I have paid the money using debit card.
Suddenly, the order payment was changed to
COD by this app system and they initiated refund.
Then finally the order was cancelled with out any intimation.
My parents stay in a place where they do not get all the medicines. So, we waited and trusted for the delivery.
Coming to support team, they are very rude they just ignore your questions and they answer whatever they like and abruptly end the conversation.

this app: please train your support workforce and please fix your system defects as it is impacting the customers believing in you.

Booked a full blood panel for me and my dad. The day before the scheduled date I get a call saying the technician had an emergency and that they’d need to postpone by a day. I got a confirmation message for the next day. On the next day, nobody showed up - me and my dad had been fasting in anticipation. After calling support, I was informed that I should be assured that someone will call me back soon with a new appointment.

The assurance came in three full days later - that nobody would come and do the test.

They keep reducing discount every few days. And the discount is only given on Prescription drugs. If you want something else or over the counter medicine, it’s printed price. No discount. They started charging Delivery fee in this Pandemic. Taking advantage of the situation the Delivery fee increases everyday. They don’t sell Pain Killer Medicines. They have only 30-40 % availability out of your entire list. You don’t get what you want, you don’t get discount on all, and you pay delivery Fee on top. I would rather buy from local shop who gives you consistent discount.

They never communicate if the medicines are out of stock, they just send the rest of the medicine. This has happened thrice in a row.. We are ordering medicine and not a fancy dress, you guys need to understand this is critical, this is about health of a living being.

Have courtesy to inform, First order was delivered on 5th March, I got to know that one of the medicines is not sent.

I saw the medicine back in stock and placed 2nd order including the other medicines I wanted on 6th March which got delivered today (10th March). It was suppose to be delivered the next day, everyday I check on PharmEasy , I found a postponed date. NO COMMUNICATION ON THE DELAY. Received one SMS today(10th) which said expect a delay.

TO OTHER CONSUMERS
This is definitely a convenient option but please place orders at-least 10 days in advance and keep checking app every now and then, because you never know which medicine goes out of stock. Also, have a backup option just in case medicines go out of stock.
I would recommend to place 2 orders (1 this app and 2nd other service providers). COD option is best.

If this is supposed to improve the process of ordering me dives from my neighborhood pharmacy, it fails miserably!
Rude calls from reps, delivery commitments not honored, and overall far more painful than just calling my regular pharmacy.
My first and last order. Time to delete PharmEasy .

I have been using PharmEasy to order medicines for my mom. The availability and delivery is very good. Only once the delivery was delayed by 3 weeks. But I know this is due to COVID-19. Otherwise the delivery is quick. One thing I don’t like is you cannot call their customer service from any other number than the registered. It’s weird. Who would call unnecessarily their customer service.

First time purchase; Easy to Use App; Delivered one day earlier than scheduled date; Received in sealed pouch; Delivery person stayed till I opened and checked the contents and Expiry dates;
Very Good Overall experience. Hope the service continues to be so.

Absolutely love PharmEasy and the service it provides. I have been using PharmEasy since last 4 months and have nothin to complain. Keep it up.

I hadn’t come across such concerns to satisfy the customers. For a fellow of 77years of age and living afar from Kolkata, getting the medicines at my door step is incredible.

I was purchasing medicines one of reputed online supplier past 2 years. The beginning their services was excellent and satisfied but last few months not getting our monthly regular medicines properly. I informed them by mail regarding the issue but never get proper response and action on it. This reason moved to this app. I tested with my first two orders and satisfied and third monthly medicines ordered and received early as they promised.

I am very satisfied with this app and hope this fast and punctual will go in future. It will help to get more costumers and good reputation to company.
