I want to make it clear.. my vet in my location is wonderful and I feel like she really cares about my pets. However, ThrivePetHealthcare is the absolute worst. For example, it kept asking for my pets microchip information. There’s no way to add it. Keeps showing that I need to update it. My wonderful took the information and fixed it. Then I had an emergency where I was going to be going out of town. My oldest cat was taking a medication and is very stubborn about receiving it. So i called to confirm if I could stop while I was out of town. The call center in I’m sorry India is horrible. I want to talk to my vet! Not you! I had to escalate and tell the manager to transfer me to the location so I could talk to their office. With this COVID-19, I’ve gone to the office where it tells you to call and someone will get my pet. Oh, they don’t answer Boom! Call goes to India! I work in a call center and these guys are just not helpful. Why does a vet need a call center and app that doesn’t work. I can’t!

We’ve been using shotvet for all of our previous vaccinations and flea/heart worm medicine. However Thrive is just as cheap WITH a checkup and the staff have been great. ThrivePetHealthcare has all of the info that we need for our pups like weight, vaccines, microchip ID, etc. I love being able to easily book an appointment with ThrivePetHealthcare !! Thank you Thrive for being there for us and our little rag tag group of pups!!!

In setting appointments, it doesn’t seem to give the option for “checkup,” and for that reason fewer appointment time options seem to appear. If this seems to truly be the case, ThrivePetHealthcare will not be particularly useful to me. On the positive, app navigation is better than Thrive’s mobile site, which is extremely clunky (always auto picks the wrong location, does not correctly prefill name, email, etc). All things considered, though, the appointment time availability is more important to me so ThrivePetHealthcare may soon be deleted.

I considered giving 4 stars since I was not able to go into the McKinney, TX office with my dog, however, Dr. Garibay quickly contacted me on my phone and was so kind and considerate in explaining my dog’s health issues that I had to give 5 stars. I was very impressed by her professionalism and concern. They really are an affordable option and I will not hesitate to return when my pet needs care.

Affordable- depends what you need.
Every single time I’ve taken any of our 4 dogs, there has always been an issue. Either with the billing, the website, or the office itself. Always. An issue. But it’s close and having this many dogs it’s not cheap to pay 60$ for a checkup every few months for each dog. So in that aspect, it’s nice having the membership. But that’s it. ThrivePetHealthcare itself is pretty much flawless tho. Cheers 🍻

Absolutely love using Thrive! It’s an easy way to connect to our Vet to ensure our pets get the care they need. Very easy and simple to use. I also love that after every check up, your pets information automatically populates. It makes things very convenient, especially when you’re on the go and need to provide documentation.

I need to login to access my pet’s medical records and there is genuinely no way to access ThrivePetHealthcare . It logs me out immediately after I’m able to log in and sends me both to email + the thrive website. The thrive website forces you to use ThrivePetHealthcare which doesn’t even work. It’s ridiculous that these records aren’t accessible.

Thrive Oak Forest is awesome. They are kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly.

In the very sad event of a pet loss, they can also connect clients with a pet cremation service.

Dr. Doucet is wonderful. She’s so sweet and really cares for the pets. She understands that our pets are our family members, too. The prices are very reasonable and I am so glad that the clinic is conveniently located right here in our neighborhood.

I missed my appointment. I was there 15 min early and did not realize I was suppose to call them. I waited in my car until 2:30. Went into the Clinic they still would not see me because they said I was late exceptions should be made during this confusing time. Very unprofessional. I am going to cancel my membership.

Thrive has been the perfect clinic for my busy schedule and my two pets. They are open on Sundays, which is unheard of in other practices. The Doctors and technicians are top notch, thorough with their exams and communicate well. The cost of the exams and most tests are cheaper than a stand alone office. Lastly, Thrive has a phone App that is easy to use and makes scheduling an appointment a breeze.

I like ThrivePetHealthcare a lot and it is easy for me schedule appointments for my dog and view recent vaccinations. However, before I was able to view all my previous invoices. Now, since the recent update, I keep getting an error on the related invoices area. Can’t view any of my previous invoices at all. Please get this fixed thanks!

I just downloaded ThrivePetHealthcare and was so impressed my pets’ information was already available on ThrivePetHealthcare , including vaccines and all of their medicines. Great for having this information handy to give to groomers and pet sitters. I also used ThrivePetHealthcare to make an appointment for my youngest fur baby, super simple and the appointment went right into my calendar!

My experience with ThrivePetHealthcare so far has been phenomenal! It’s extremely easy to use and get set up. And I just booked an appointment through it and it already added it to my calendar. Super simple!

I loved ThrivePetHealthcare when it was working since it was so convenient to have all the information so easily accessible. But I haven’t been able to use it for months. It erased all my information and constantly show “Server error. Cannot parse server response.” I’ve deleted ThrivePetHealthcare multiple times and reinstalled, and have logged out and back in and it still doesn’t fix the problem. :(

had my dog get the puppy package that was suppose to include dewormer, but beware because what they don’t list online is they give the cheapest most generic dewormer that doesn’t even cover all worms, my dog one week later still had worms and then to find out when I called they said oh you need another medicine for that worm and it’s 28 dollars. So lots nickel and diming going on just as a word pay a little more to get the wormer that works (Panacur C) and not their generic wormer because you are taking a gamble

ThrivePetHealthcare makes it easy to take care of appts, see vaccine history, meds my dogs are on. Also they send you reminders about your appts! I even got to upload my favorite pics of my dogs! It makes taking great care of my dogs even easier! Thanks THRIVE!!

I’ve been taking my kitties to Great Hills Trail Clinic for years. All the staff is very supportive and helpful. The vets have been wonderful, especially Dr. Parsons, but all the vets I’ve worked with have been great, I just can’t remember their names at this time.

I have been using ThrivePetHealthcare for three years. I appreciate the ease of making appointments for my pets without any hassle. Confirmations are accurate and the team responds accordingly to any concerns that arise.

As a fur baby parent, ThrivePetHealthcare really makes taking care of them and being able to provide all the lovings and cares, that much easier. Thanks ✨

Thrive not only has a Hasek care but their prices are affordable and it’s so easy to make appointments and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great App to have with you all the time! All my pets records at my finger tips! I can schedule appointments, see my invoices, when vaccines are do and what medications my pets are on! Even track their weight. Easy to navigate!

Thanks for the much needed app!! It’s so nice to access all your pets need at the touch of a button!! I can’t say enough about how much I love my BR location! And now an app, and I can add my pets’ photos!!

I am a first time owner of a 5 yo Chihuahua. The staff were friendly and kind. The vetinarian answered all my questions and set a health plan in action with me. I highly recommend the mid- city office.

I literally have 5 minutes of using ThrivePetHealthcare and it was so easy to go what I needed. It looks like it’s going to be a great choice.

ThrivePetHealthcare does not work. Clicked on link in email and it does nothing. Please fix this. Even going to ThrivePetHealthcare to book an appointment, it won’t do anything after clicking the desired time. I’d love to be able to use ThrivePetHealthcare instead of having to use my browser each time.

Extremely user friendly and you can access your pets vaccine records very easily

Unable to log in, prompts me to enter my email to get a link to sign in and never received it, I’ve tried deleted and redone loading ThrivePetHealthcare and my gmail app, still nothing. Somebody please help, would love to be able to access ThrivePetHealthcare.

ThrivePetHealthcare isn’t all garbage but it does require me to book an appointment as a sick appointment even if it’s a vaccine day.
Plus it couldn’t figure out or suggest my clinic and wanted me to go to texas
