so.... i’ve been using nursefly for over 6 months..... it has potential but IF someone ever reply... it’s literally weeks later just to say the job isn’t available. applied to 4 jobs this week.... 4 days later.... no response from Vivian . customer service reassured me they update the jobs daily. so idk.. wish it worked tho. seems cool.

I’m honestly not sure why anyone would bother with this. You have to input all your information in Vivian and all it does is show you other recruiter jobs. Then their system doesn’t work with any of the recruiters, so for every job you have to fill out another application and have your references verified all over again. On top of that, the features on Vivian are terrible. The chat is hard to use and there is now way to filter the jobs or search by new jobs only. It’s really frustrating

I don’t understand why I upload everything to this app, but the info is not used by the agencies. You have to put in another application and resend a resume, while each one is checking references. An application for each Job interested in? Its crazy to have a middle man that’s not sharing info. Should be one stop shopping but it’s actually double and triple everything.

This is the worst app. I receive messages I can’t read sometimes because app simply doesn’t open. Then if it does I don’t get all the messages. It’s a waste of time. I’d rather be contacted directly by my personal email and not Vivian. I probably missed out on a lot of good opportunities. Since I am a first time traveler I can’t afford that. Also if this is the way apps work and I HAVE to use them with travel nursing then I’m out. Sorry for all the applications I was interested in but I couldn’t respond back on Vivian . It simply wouldn’t open.

Definitely helpful to see going rates and jobs with various travel agencies. However, I’m finding that if you are looking for high paying listings there has been quite a few bait and switches. Where you are lured in you give all your info to get the job and after the original listing is no longer available or their rate has decreased. Some agencies if you look on their websites search engine the listings they place on this app aren’t even on their listings…

Vivian makes it easy to connect with recruiters, and my favorite part is that it actually shows the pay for the contract. The only issue I’ve had is that one my home screen it says I have notifications for Vivian , but when I click on Vivian there’s nothing new.

I absolutely love Vivian- the best by far- that I have seen.
.... it would be an added plus if there was a button you could have a like button in your conversations and a way to delete what you have in that section that you have a change of mind about.

The chat feature was great for sending recruiters my documents. I had a lot reach out to me about jobs on the chats but was easier to manage than calls.

Really like website. Need the companies to list the specific MRI Scanners they use, a they use as well as the EMS to better match technologist to the right facilities. Thank u.

I love that Vivian allows your to browse jobs all over the place and read about them, all before having to talk to a recruiter.

Glad they have an app like this! Would love to see a search filter for pay and a few more options. Would also be cool to see this be created for jobs in general.

I got introduced to this app, then Nursefly in 2019 by a travel nurse that has com to help us on our unit. I decided to try it in 2020 and boy I love it. Easy to upload all documents and create a profile for recruiters. So far the best ever. Good job guys

All you need is there and no glitches so far. Easy to maneuver around especially completing your profile and submitting for gigs. Definitely recommend Vivian for ease of sending applications.

Everything is flowing the application process, the reply’s at a efficient manner (responses / reaching out,) along with the list of surgical Technician job opportunities timing is everything by text or email. I’m looking forward experiencing this opportunity with Nursefly.

The chat feature doesn’t support autocorrect and notifications won’t clear after viewing them. Half the time I’m not even notified when the recruiter responds. This has made finding a job very difficult and time consuming.

Vivian is great for travel nurses! Finally I have all my chats with recruiters in one place rather than getting sent texts nonstop. It’s also super easy to browse and apply for travel nursing jobs.
