Delayed delivery with incomplete order

Try at your risk or if you have like good time to waste may be like for chocolates not for medicines .. Whole purpose is defeated first they keep on changing delivery dates (in my case 3 days ) secondly on 3rd day after wasting entire day it was updated saying one medicine wasn’t available.. common this is pathetic if one depend upon this app for medicines without having stock and also not sure if they will send trimmed order or complete.. Now I doubt even if medicines will be legitimate or not .. We also called their customer care to atleast confirm us if they can deliver or not which they were not able to update hence no point .. my advise to all reading this review is to Save your time and use some other better method atleast for medicines

They never communicate if the medicines are out of stock, they just send the rest of the medicine. This has happened thrice in a row.. We are ordering medicine and not a fancy dress, you guys need to understand this is critical, this is about health of a living being.

Have courtesy to inform, First order was delivered on 5th March, I got to know that one of the medicines is not sent.

I saw the medicine back in stock and placed 2nd order including the other medicines I wanted on 6th March which got delivered today (10th March). It was suppose to be delivered the next day, everyday I check on the app, I found a postponed date. NO COMMUNICATION ON THE DELAY. Received one SMS today(10th) which said expect a delay.

TO OTHER CONSUMERS
This is definitely a convenient option but please place orders at-least 10 days in advance and keep checking app every now and then, because you never know which medicine goes out of stock. Also, have a backup option just in case medicines go out of stock.
I would recommend to place 2 orders (1 PharmEasy and 2nd other service providers). COD option is best.

They keep reducing discount every few days. And the discount is only given on Prescription drugs. If you want something else or over the counter medicine, it’s printed price. No discount. They started charging Delivery fee in this Pandemic. Taking advantage of the situation the Delivery fee increases everyday. They don’t sell Pain Killer Medicines. They have only 30-40 % availability out of your entire list. You don’t get what you want, you don’t get discount on all, and you pay delivery Fee on top. I would rather buy from local shop who gives you consistent discount.
