How to fix Expo Go app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Expo Go app on iPhone
Update Expo Go app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Expo Go iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Expo Go on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Expo Go network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Expo Go Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Expo Go not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Expo Go App
1. On android, goto Settings » Expo Go » click [Force Stop]

Update Expo Go to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Expo Go App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Expo Go » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Expo Go.

Fix Expo Go unable to contact server/ Expo Go internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Expo Go » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Expo Go » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Expo Go
