Hello, I have a ip wifi cam (JW-HSQj1313Y. I have it connected (LAN) to onvif security on my Synology NAS, and to my security program on pc (CameraFTP Virtual Security System) all is working fine. I also add the cam trough Yoosee app (Wired ipcam) with my username and password, and it connects. After connection on Yoosee app all my other devices disconnect because of wrong password... For some reason the Yoosee app is changing the password in the camera. If i do first Yoosee app and then the other programs .. the default password is again wrong.. and i can not figure out what password is needed. Is Yoosee app changing passwords on the camera / if yes to what password? The ip is correct and ports also because my other pc programs see the camera`s, but the password is changed. After reboot all is good again in my NAS and pc program .. if i dont use the Yoosee app. I can not use the Yoosee app ...

Using CMS and YOOSEE program at laptop of dektop. request if theres a way to arrange it alphabetical or preset so i can manage 120 camera. i want to create group i want.. if its posible.. thank you. yoosee program for windows please make an option to not load all camera online on startup of the program. thanks

Hi I've spent hours & hours trying to set up my door camera after wifi updates & new phone devices etc, at first everything worked perfectly I was receiving alarm calls, it was easy to set up multiple android devices then I started getting network busy but only on newer android versions, older 6 versions didnt suffer this problem. I could set it up one day & the follow day it was glitchy again, I must have tried everything from device resets to WiFi resets & reconfiguration, my phone devices & the the door camera , even deleting & resetting pass & new account's sometimes it worked but then it would go again, the frustration when all of my other smarthome devices etc were working fine was too much & I would have to leave it not working as it became too much, I started doing a list of fixes so I wouldn't forget, now I think I've solved it, I downloaded a older version app from Aptoide & up to now it's working hopefully it will stay this way! This may be useful if anyone else is having issues similar.

There is no option to select "continuous watch". The camera keeps pausing after a few minutes and the app tells you to "rest your eyes". I then have to constantly log in and out throughout the day.

I'm filing a wide spread complaint because those wifi phone cameras have target,Walmart and Amazon sell them without stating that they're going to rip you off by making you pay for their online service that you don't want they lie saying your online service is about to expire when you never had none. So I ask for label to return it I found there's one wifi camera that's on the market that's been great and don't charge for service if you have or buy storage card to me the ones that rip you off could be the one that have your house/apt broken into I trust nosey people or companies. Good luck with your choice.

Very poor quality product and poorly-executed operation. The connection keeps cutting off and goes offline frequently. There is no back-up and we have to set it up all over again once that happens. This happens so often that I have to write a review that to warn others about this so-called surveillance camera which is not!

Hi, Just bought this device and everything works fine, setting it up and working on the Phone but the issue am having is setting it up on computer with ONVIF Application (i.e IP camera viewer). The app was able to see the camera but the login detail is never accepted. I enable and changed the password on the camera setting--->NVR connection but still not working. Can you please advise?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I so wish I invested money in a more expensive camera. From the time I received this camera, I have been attempting numerous time, for days to connect to the wifi. The device beeps and still nothing. This is very very frustrating and disappointing. I am so furious with this company. Please to all, take the negative feedback from this device as a warning. Do not feel that you are savy enough. That was my mistake. Horrible!!!

They Don’t Care ! Horrible Product and Customer Service

I wrote the support email address on three different occasions when my camera would not work what so ever . I informed them that this camera is used to watch my newborn daughter so having it switch off in the middle of watching her was unsafe . I followed the steps to restart both my camera and router as instructed by the support email and was left even more frustrated . The second time that i sent an email I made sure to repeat that this camera is for a newborn . I told them that i expected some sort of reimbursement if not a whole new camera because this product was not free for me and now i cannot use it due to whatever issues this company seems to be having with their product . I was sent a reply apologizing for the issues and told to once again start over my router and the camera. This once again solved nothing. I will never EVER purchase from this company again and i definitely do not recommend . It’s worth it to purchase a more expensive camera especially if you’re using it for something as important as a newborn baby .

Beware of your PRIVACY!

I was a bit concerned about the broken English message every time I opened the app asking for access to my location “for WiFi purposes,” but continued to use the app anyways without granting access. However after recently opening the app and seeing that it was immediately copying my phone’s clipboard, I deleted the app and done with it. There is no reason this app needs clipboard info and I can only suspect the hope is to steal passwords and sensitive information. Unfortunately this app reinforces the risks of using Chinese technology.

Disarm and arm features gone auto tracking gone

I used to absolutely LOVE THIS CAMERA LOVED IT up until January 2020 when all of a sudden my camera became extremely limited and my features no longer were even an option nor was going back to the old version before the Update. I hate I want my camera to function the way it did when I bought. I WANT ALL MY FEATURES BACK YOUR UPDATES ARE RUINING NOT JUST THE CAMERAS BUT ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE NOW UNHAPPY AND LETTING THE WORD TRAVEL. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY How do I get my auto tracking feature back or the older version of the app PLEASE HELP WITH QUICK RESPONSE
