I had to reset my forgotten password, but when I entered my email to reset, it says the email isn't found. So I try to create a new account with that email, and it says the email is taken! Which is it eVisit?!?!

Also, eVisitTelehealth recognizes your phone, so it doesn't give you the option to "sign up" once you've logged on previously on the phone. So frustrating!

My boyfriend booked an appointment for COVID-19 as he was experiencing bad symptoms. He spent 20 minutes trying to log into eVisitTelehealth for his appointment. Each time it said the password was incorrect even though he just created it and also reset it. We tried on multiple devices too. When he finally got into eVisitTelehealth (2 minutes before his appointment) it said he had no scheduled appointments. He couldn’t even get the care he needed when he was sick with COVID-19 because eVisitTelehealth has an inability to function. Oh and we called the support number multiple times for it to ring before abruptly hanging up on us.

They need to make an iPad/laptop version of this ap. No horizontal telecommunications (the screen doesn’t rotate). Sort of like amateur videos taken on a smart phone where the videoagrapher forgot to hold their camera horizontally. Works terrible on a tablet, image holding a laptop on its end.

I went to renew my rec card which i have already done in the past, but decided to try this site. they called me and tried to get my card information over the phone prior to me entering any information in on eVisitTelehealth , and then when i refused, they sent me to a website that was not correlated with eVisitTelehealth and was charging more than they initially explained. in addition to this, they didn’t even know what the website looked like and assumed i could put in my own amount to pay!! then tried to get me to use paypal!! beware!!

I was told that I needed to use eVisitTelehealth in order to see my doctor virtually. When I tried using the desktop browser the meeting never loaded. When I downloaded eVisitTelehealth, I tried again to join the meeting with my doctor but eVisitTelehealth said that first I need to enter a credit card. When I entered the credit card, eVisitTelehealth said that it was unable to verify my credit card. At this point I am not sure whether or not this program is a scam but I would urge medical providers to find a different company to work with because this kind of behavior is suspicious at best. I will be calling my bank to make sure that no fraud has been committed.

As a single mom eVisitTelehealth is a life saver. Was able to see our doctor and have a prescription sent to our pharmacy. Every parent needs to use this!

I was surprised to find out that my doctor offers telemedicine. The convenience is worth the extra fee.

I was able too see my doctor and get my prescription without ever leaving my home!

I have used two other apps to see a doc virtually and this one is the easiest to use! It’s so convenient to have a doctors appointment this way. I love it!

My doctors office told me to download eVisitTelehealth from their website. This technology is great. I wasn’t going to be able to see the doctor until next week since my schedule never lined up with theirs. With eVisit I could see when my doctor was available and could even schedule a future visit. eVisitTelehealth was really easy to setup. After answering a few simple questions I was able to connect with my doctor, tell them my symptoms, and they even sent a prescription to the pharmacy right down the street from me. I did everything from my couch.

eVisit provides an easy way to see your physician. It is quick, convenient and the customer service is top notch! The best part is you don’t even have to leave your house.

I requested an immediate visit with my provider because of a concern I had with my toe. Seems silly, but from what I googled I wanted to get my concerns addressed without going to the ED or making an in-office appointment. My experience was smooth, no complaints.

I’ve been hesitant about new technology when it comes to doctors visits but finally took the plunge and I haven’t been sorry. Got to see my doctor and get antibiotics in a matter of minutes. Easier than I expected. Great app!

This was my first virtual appointment. Super convenient. I will definitely use it again. It will be especially useful for the kids. Instead of loading them up and dragging them into my doctor’s office, I will request a visit from home!

Thanks to eVisitTelehealth and Doctor Gary Berlin before I found eVisitTelehealth online I was worrying so much I didn’t had to leave my home I didn’t had no headaches he call me up on video I explained to him what’s wrong and he prescribed my medication in the spaced of 5 minutes I felt happy again. As a single mother and a working professional, having your provider at the click of a button is invaluable. eVisitTelehealth is packed with features and at the same time quick, intuitive, and easy to use. Looking forward to using it again if I ever need it!

eVisitTelehealth is great. Normally I’d have to sit and wait for my doctor in their office, but now I can sit and wait for her at home!
