I love this game and after playing for about 5 minutes it slows down and shuts off. How do I prevent this from happening? Thanks Kurk

The game says”does not sync server……” etc. I tried everthing. Clean cash, reboot the divece… But nothing happened since yesyerday. Any recomendation???

Fix Guild of Heroes on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Guild of Heroes network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Guild of Heroes not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Guild of Heroes App
1. On android, goto Settings » Guild of Heroes » click [Force Stop]

Update Guild of Heroes to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Guild of Heroes App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Guild of Heroes » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Guild of Heroes.

Fix Guild of Heroes unable to contact server/ Guild of Heroes internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Guild of Heroes » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Guild of Heroes » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
