I called a cab at 7:37 it was 8:03 and the cab still didnβt arrived. I called the cab base about three times and according to the dispatcher the lines got crossed and someone was going to get shortly . After I called two more times they kept on telling me 2 more minutes. Also worse customer service ever! Would not recommend this can service to anyone!

Itβs not the fact that I donβt like cabs. Itβs the fact that I have to pay cash and you can cancel the cab anytime. I can order a cab and when itβs in front of my building I can cancel and nothing will happen except the cab driver wasting gas and no one being held responsible.
