Lousy App

Took 5 attempts to log in (threatened to lock my account if I had another failed attempt). Then my reservation didn’t show up. Submitted a request to add it and then TravelodgeHotels popped back to the home screen. Not sure it even took. Also, TravelodgeHotels likes to pop back to the home screen whenever you tap anything. PoC.

Shockingly bad app

I gave up trying to create an account and deleted TravelodgeHotels . Very surprised that the company didn’t try to create a more modern and user friendly app.

Attempted to put in information and it would not accept phone number. Tried it about 20 times and deleted TravelodgeHotels . Waste of time. Useless app. Zero Stars.

I couldn’t even get logged in. Tried to use the support chat feature and got nowhere. Reset my password and still nothing. Terrible app.

I just downloaded TravelodgeHotels and it seems to work fine. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was a bit slow/fiddly when I selected my detailed booking info. (It eventually showed everything correctly)
