How to fix e-Devlet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the e-Devlet app on iPhone
Update e-Devlet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall e-Devlet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix e-Devlet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve e-Devlet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

e-Devlet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix e-Devlet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the e-Devlet App
1. On android, goto Settings » e-Devlet » click [Force Stop]

Update e-Devlet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear e-Devlet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » e-Devlet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart e-Devlet.

Fix e-Devlet unable to contact server/ e-Devlet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click e-Devlet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto e-Devlet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
