HEY TOPCASHBACK, READ THIS!!... If I could give GoCashBack & website 0 stars or negative 100 stars I would! I stupidly used this horribly run joke to make many purchases during a weeks period, 5 large purchases in less than a week, because they had the highest rebate at the time. I signed up on their website. Nowhere on the site, during the purchase process or every time I've tried to cash out does it say anything about having to wait 60-90 days to cash out. They do however make you think that the ONLY thing you need to have is a $20 balance to cash out! It's now been over 60 days & I still can't cash out. I've msg'd them many times telling them they are very misleading, that I want my $ because at this point I'm clearly not returning anything. Each response has been ridiculous, non informative & they don't answer all your questions clearly or even try to help you. As far as I'm concerned this joke is a SCAM! Do yourself a favor & use 1 of the many other cash back sites who have a legit updated proper site that actual pay!
Get it togetherTopCashBack, quit false advertising, hire a real customer service team, update your dinosaur of a site, make your rules clear in every single place they apply, stop scamming people, tell the truth & do what you advertise!

They make you wait 4-6 months to give you your cashback, then they ask you for proof of purchase. What’s the point of them tracking your order if they want a receipt after 6 months? My email account deletes messages after 3 months. Point is I waited 4-6 months and didn’t receive my cashback. They just used me and my data then kicked me to the curb. DONT USE GoCashBack!

Just a Chinese app that steals your info please delete my account. If you click the on settings and then select GoCashBack . There will be small Chinese letters below GoCashBack saying who knows what . Fake app only cash back on random stuff

Take months to get the cash back, has to be more than 20 dollars otherwise you won’t be able to get your back. Which forces customer to buy more! Don’t use this, it’s a trap! The customer service is a joke, never responded!

I think GoCashBack is misleading- you ask for friend invites and when I get people to sign up- I don’t get any of the money. It just says pending. I’m not sure if that will change or it was a waste of my time- if it changes- I’ll change my review. I’ve emailed support with no answer and it’s been days. You need to be more active and help people with your app!!!!

If there’s a zero star option I would choose it. Purchased were properly tracked. When I submitted missing purchase, it was denied due to “incomplete” receipt. Resubmitted three more times with a complete receipt (email order confirmation and CC statement), still rejected for the same “incomplete receipt” reason. No customer service to speak to. Would not recommend it.

I don’t know if GoCashBack is not compatible with the 14.2 or what. I had to try for like 10 times typing the information again and again because every time I tried to submit missing claims GoCashBack crushed when I add pictures. Then finally it worked somehow, but next claim, crushes again. And the only reason I downloaded GoCashBack is their website has some glitch or something like that which ask you to upload pictures when you already have. So stupid. Customer service asked me to download GoCashBack so I did. But GoCashBack is not any better. An advice: hire some good coder and improve!

This is the one that I have used the least efficient rebate! I have a rebate. I have not received it since I paid it in November last year. During the period, I sent five emails to the customer service. The customer service said that I would dismiss it. It has not been rejected since February. The order status is still being paid! I am ready to give up. Don't use it unless you can waiting for a year!!!!

It is strongly not recommended to download! No rebate at all! The recommended friend did not receive any referral rewards, a few months have passed, and the status has been pending! And buying products on it will not really get rebates! The rebate has also been in a state of pending effect! No rebate at all! Decisively give up and continue to use! The experience is very poor!

This company does not pay you and does not support missing cashback claims. I made two purchases on the same website via two different cashback websites; one paid the next day, but the purchase via this app simply disappeared. I then noticed that all my previous purchases via this app were not tracked. Their customer support even questioned me about not using their portal, which I did. I hope Cashbackholic removes it.

I’ve tried to create an account using my face lll information and it says it is not setup on their end. Fine, I signed up using Google. I then try to use GoCashBack to check out websites, that required I log into my google account and it says I don’t have permission/access to do so. I love using these cash back apps, but if I can’t get a simple profile setup then I don’t trust that I will get any actual cash back other. There are way simpler apps out there that don’t have the glitches this one does.

Its so simple to use and who doesnt love free money? I have told so many people about it and they all love it. Ive never had any issues with customer service, using GoCashBack or receiving my checks.

Outstanding App to Earn Cash Back on Everyday Stuff; GoCashBack is super easy to use and augments the website and its downloadable toolbar widget. Get cash back on stuff youd already be buying. Very easy to follow and track; checks come routinely.

I always check this app before making a purchase to see if the vendor is listed. Im getting a $120 check! Been using this app for two years with no issues.

I was able to use this on Black Friday and saved even more. Payouts are when YOU want them, not quarterly like the other guys.

Ive made extra money from GoCashBack. And Im not doing anything different other then logging in every time I buy something on line. Win win!! Your silly if you dont use GoCashBack!!!!! Especially around the holidays. Nice way to make extra money!

I have been using this app for 6 months or so and I have been getting great cash back. Ive used 2 other cash back sites, but to date, this is the best.

I was skeptical at first but I tried it anyways, and I love it! I receive checks in the mail off of things that I would have been purchasing anyways. GoCashBack gets a hundred stars from me. It even gives me better rates when I go through GoCashBack sometimes. 😍
