Tyler SIS Student 360 Reviews

I have had so many problems with TylerSISStudent360 from day 1. I would stop using it but this is the program my child’s school chooses to use.
I have started using it only to make payments to my child’s lunch account-and half of the time I can’t even do that! I’m currently having an issue with the log in. I know my password is correct, however, it’s denying me access and the link to “forgot parent password” isn’t working.
Why am I surprised?
As I said in the review title, this is such a great concept for an app. I like the things you (in theory) can see and access, I just wish it worked properly a majority of the time. I understand apps have bugs and hiccups, but this is way more than that! PLEASE work on it!

Used this system for some time now. It was upgraded within the last 2 years and has been horrible. It is difficult to change between students. Doesn’t show late or missing assignments as easily as it did previously. Defaults to grades. I wish it would default to a list of my students so I can access a student then from there determine what records for that student I need to see, lunch balance, grades etc. I also wish I could sort out missing assignments. We used to be able to do this and this was so helpful for making up work when out due an illness. In all TylerSISStudent360 needs improvements to access the data in a more efficient and effective manner.

I had it downloaded and it stopped working for me randomly. When i downloaded it again my face id was not working and I couldn’t look at my grades. Every time i tried to view my grades TylerSISStudent360 would close out. I’ve never had a problem with it before but i am really getting frustrated because I had hoped to use this for an easy access with online school and everything. If the bugs get fixed I would definitely use TylerSISStudent360 again but as of right now I can’t because of the number of problems.

The absolute worst app I have on my phone, if I could give it zero stars I would. There are constantly bugs to TylerSISStudent360 , there is rarely a time where TylerSISStudent360 is fully functional. At on point TylerSISStudent360 was down for a week withought an update. The updates do little to fix it and only make it worse. Our school should switch from this program because Im sure there are much more optimized programs. The developers have no idea what they are doing as it takes months to fix a simple issue. Overall I would recommend anyone wanting to use TylerSISStudent360 to not. It is barely functional and need many changes.

I’ve had my password reset several times and redownloaded TylerSISStudent360 a few times too. I simply can’t log in through TylerSISStudent360 . I know my password works if I use the internet but every. Single. Time. I try with TylerSISStudent360 it tells me it’s the wrong password. This is my first time ever using it so I was excited at the access it gives me to my child’s school performance. It’s frustrating I can’t just use it like I should.

Don’t. TylerSISStudent360 is horrendous I am a student and we have just switched to TylerSISStudent360 from home access and it is terrible. Now I know that my school is broke and maybe this is a healer option though I heard they were payed to use it but this is such a downgrade. First of all it’s confusing, second of al out can’t see your grades I’ve read some reviews and have seen that you can see a letter grade at the end of the semester but that is frankly bs because I also read that there used to be a percentage so like why give rid of it. To say it short TylerSISStudent360 is terrible you can’t see your grades or anything else.

TylerSISStudent360 is the worst. Of course I have to have it for my daughters school but every-time I try to open TylerSISStudent360 , I have to update it. “This version is no longer available” Then it gives me several error messages until I just eventually delete TylerSISStudent360 and have to redownload it. This is one of many issues. When I set up Face ID to unlock it, it would just glitch over and over again and never let me in TylerSISStudent360 . So irritating. I’ve never been able to just open TylerSISStudent360 with out issues.

Great app; it’s way quicker to view grades and other things on TylerSISStudent360 rather than having to go to the website, which isn’t compatible with mobile phones. It sometimes “downloads data” but that only lasts a short period of time, which, i’m assuming, varies based on internet connection. It’s super quick to access all features.

I do not know how my children are doing in their classes because there are ZERO options for notifications 😡. I must physically check multiple times a day. I hope that I am doing something wrong and I made a mistake.

I am also a teacher and it is not user friendly at all. There are too many options and you have to changes multiple screens to find information for grades/assignments. We don’t have graduation progress either. KISS is always the way to go and I am computer literate.

I want the full version of PowerSchool back.

i as a student hate how you can never find anything easily on here. for example last year my grades never showed up(on iphone ipad and computer) so i always had to keep asking my teachers for them also the schedules for this year haven’t popped up yet for me and most of my friends while others have them and school literally starts in less than a week 😡😡 please fix these issues asap

Since my kids’ teachers NEVER reach out to the parents in our school district of our kids are struggling, this is the only way I have to keep up with my kids grades and assignments. Today, TylerSISStudent360 wouldn’t let me log in unless I updated. Since I updated, it still won’t let me log in. It force closes before it gives me the option to log in. Super annoying considering I have a sick child at home for the 3rd day this week and I can’t even look to see what assignments he needs to work on. Please fix it!

I used to use TylerSISStudent360 without any problems but for the past couple months it hasn’t worked. I type in my information to sign in and TylerSISStudent360 crashes. This happens every single time. It’s very annoying that I have TylerSISStudent360 and still have to log into the website to check a grade on my phone. I don’t have any issues with the website, but the mobile issues have gone on for long enough!

Now I would give a good rating, but I have recently experienced an issue with dining in with Touch ID, where it gets stuck in a soft lock when you scan your fingerprint, and tells you your password is wrong and makes it so you can’t sign into your account without biometrics, but it just keeps kicking you to the “password is wrong” box

The school resets our passwords each year and they gave me my new one but every time I log in it says password expired make a new one but it dosent let me create a new password it opens for 5 seconds and kicks me back out to make a new password again. I jsut need to reset my password but it’s not working

I downloaded this a couple of months ago so I could have my schedule ahead of time to make sure everything was right. It worked the first time but when I went back to get screenshots of my schedule again it wouldn’t work. Not only did it log me out but when i tried to log back in it kept saying authorization error. I deleted and reinstalled it but nothing is working. It’s not user friendly at all.

This is the most crash prone app I have ever had the pleasure of using. Sometimes it crashes mid action, sometimes it just hangs and loads forever.

The developers clearly don’t care, because all they have to do is sell the school district on the SIS and then who cares about the parent experience.

TylerSISStudent360 is so bad I’m almost motivated to either start or go work for a rival SIS and do everything in my power to take every one of their customers.

TylerSISStudent360 was so great to use to check on homework assignments and grades until this week when it stopped working! I’m really disappointed, when I log in it just goes to a blank white screen with no menu. I’m not sure if it’s due to the age of my phone or the platform? I have an iPhone 7 Plus, my husbands Samsung Note 9 is still working. Now if I want to check on my sons assignments/grades I have to use a desktop computer. I really hope this issue gets resolved with the next update.

After the newest update, TylerSISStudent360 is completely useless for me. I cannot see this semester, only the past two quarters or term. Further, the grade calculations are extremely inconsistent. On the web version, I have one grade— on TylerSISStudent360 , I have another. TylerSISStudent360 also isn’t showing my class percentage, only a letter grade. If I have to log on to the web version just to see my grades, there’s no point me even having TylerSISStudent360. Please fix or I will promptly uninstall.

Anyone with an iPhone actually able to get into the Tyler 360 SIS app? I can get in on my desktop and laptop but it never works on my phone anymore. It used to. I even changed my password thinking it would help, but it didn’t. And it’s super frustrating because there is no option to reach the administrator to get help. If I do forgot my password (which I haven’t, I know it) on my phone it sends me to a browser window which of course opens immediately. It’s just TylerSISStudent360 !

While the adult log in does work very well, the student google login doesn’t do anything. When the google button is clicked, it doesn’t take you to the google login, instead it just tells you to download TylerSISStudent360 even though you already have TylerSISStudent360 . Can someone please help I just want to check my grades!

I really love TylerSISStudent360 for attendance reasons, but I wish I could at least view IEPs from my phone for when I do not have my computer and need to verify a students goals or accommodations. I wish it just offered to view the active IEP.

I think TylerSISStudent360 is fine but i have some suggestions like; give us the option to not make us log in every time. Also it would be cool if we would get notifications when a teacher entered, changed, or finalized grades.

my school started using TylerSISStudent360 and system since we are pretty much broke. and i must say that this is the worst school app ever. you can’t view your grades without clicking through many things, and everything in TylerSISStudent360 is confusing and inaccessible. the whole district of teachers, students, and parents would agree with me when i say that TylerSISStudent360 is not it. 10/10 do not use.

Love TylerSISStudent360 to see my child’s grades and other info, but you can’t hardly see the menu because it’s black with real light lettering. Same thing if you click on meal service on the hone page.
