I am having a problem on the Battleplans game, when I tried to enter to the game it just say internet error even tho my internet is perfectly fine I tried to press retry over and over but it keeps saying internet error

How to fix Battleplans app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Battleplans app on iPhone
Update Battleplans app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Battleplans iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Battleplans on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Battleplans network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Battleplans Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Battleplans not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Battleplans App
1. On android, goto Settings » Battleplans » click [Force Stop]

Update Battleplans to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Battleplans App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Battleplans » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Battleplans.

Fix Battleplans unable to contact server/ Battleplans internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Battleplans » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Battleplans » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
